The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

Joseph sold me a sliding glass door and it took several emails and phone calls to coordinate. He was professional and courteous throughout. Joseph, really, you rock!

I was very impressed with this Home Depot. I've been to others and other home improvement stores, but this one surpassed my expectations. All employees were friendly and asked if I needed help and there were measures in place to keep customers and employees safe.

We were expecting a full day of shopping to buy a refrigerator. Home Depot was the first and last stop for us. The selection was excellent and the staff was spot on for service. I would definitely recommend them for your first and hopefully short shopping experience.

The store was clean and easy to find stuff but the employees were rude in the store except for the cashiers

I’m a disabled vet and am one of those old folks you see on the riding carts. I went to pick up a giant 12 foot skeleton and was pretty concerned as to how this was going to work getting it home. Jay, the manager immediately came to my aid without being asked and organized a team and in an instant to got me loaded up and made my purchase a really great experience. Thank you Jay!

Home Depot has always been my favorite store to shop . Quality products and very helpful staff . I wil continue to shop at Home Depot for it is my favorite store . Keep up the great work !

The Evansville east side store is very clean and has the best employees.

Store was clean and felt safe in store and employee helpful in the lite department and loved garden center!

Although there are a few obstacles now due to co-vid, it seems to me the employees make a special effort to be friendly, helpful, and attentive to who they are helping. That is greatly appreciated!

My cashier Alexis was friendly and down to earth! Moe Is friendly and went Above and beyond to help me! He knows his stuff, he knows his store in the location of things. He took me to the locations of materials to show me the options that I had to complete my project. Thanks Alexis and Moe!

We appreciated how your employees noticed we needed assistance and came up to help us and also find those who worked in the appliance department. Everyone we met was kind and helpful and energetic...that was nice considering the air in the place was heavy and humid. We were rather surprised by this but it must be difficult to maintain a cooler air environment with such open area and high ceilings. I think the workers should have a better air environment and maybe you all could work on that...they deserve this!!!

I have used this Home Depot Store for just over 15 years. Several Store managers have come and gone, massive turnover of customer service employees and a strong base of talented and dedicated department managers and assistant store managers that demonstrate superior customer service and effort.

It has a wide variety of String Trimmer/Edgers. The sales representative was quick to help locate the product for which I was seeking. The store is quite large and has many products from which to choose. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Over the past few years, my wife and I have been to this store and even the west side store too. Every time has been a great experience. There have been so many helpful and friendly employees there during that time......It surprised us just how much nicer the store is in terms of overall friendliness and customer service we received at this store compared to the competition (the other two big hardware stores in our town). We will definitely continue to go to this Home Depot store! Jon in Hardware and Brad at the customer service desk deserve honorable mention! Keep up the good work guys!

I am always impressed with the friendliness (and availability) of the employees in this store. Would definitely recommend! These are things that keep me coming back.

The store is clean, well-stocked, well-staffed and very convenient to the East side of town. It does give a military/veteran discount--but you do have to remember to ask for it each time. HD is definitely more "warehouse" in style than the other big box stores in town, but it does its self-defined job well. My very large complaint is that during the pandemic the staff has almost universally ignored the call to wear masks--even at the service desks. This would seem to be management policy as it is so uniform.

Love my East side Evansville Store!! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always my first choice when in need of home improvement/work projects!
