There is a manager at the store his name is Allie he always goes out of his way to help me in my needs

I got to almost every store in the immediate Bay Area as I have investment property in multiple counties. This is the only store where folks will ask if you need help. I usually don’t unless I’m in a rush and want to run I and run out (location of items services). I wrote this in my Home Depot reviews….Oakland, Ca. is a horrible store!

Great Product but more importantly, the customer service I experienced today from Tracy James blew me away!!!

I TRULY ENJOYED TRACY JAMES!SHE IS KINDHEARTED AND PROFESSIONAL! SHE MADE MY TIME PLESANT AND WORTHWHILE. SHE IS A RAY OF SUNSHINE WITHIN THE HOME DEPOT!!!

Sharon exhibited superior customer service. She was very attentive to my needs.

I purchased a toilet and needed help getting it to my car and on my car. The cashier called for someone to help me. I was so glad that it was Aaron, he had helped me a week ago. He was a life saver. I give Aaron 5 stars

When I walked in it was very difficult to get help. Selection was great but we were looking for a dishwasher and no one was in the home appliances section to help. We tried to track down 3 different employees and they all said they don't work in home appliances. Finally Kim (D30) came from a different dept, was transparent saying she didn't know anything about home appliances but spent the time to help us get our dishwasher ordered. She was a star and deserves to be recognized

Ms.J in flooring was great she really helpful anybody needs help look for her she is outstanding

Ms. Lambert in appliances is very knowledgeable and helpful she has great customer service skills.

The flooring team member Ms.J was absolutely knowledgeable of her stuff. She has a ton of patience and really made it smooth and not rushed

This is a coed store!! I love it! We get the job done too!! I believe in DIY and Home Depot has made my DIY shopping and get my home improvement work done! Home Depot has everything i need to DIY. Who needs a man all we need is Home Depot...LOL

The associate by the name jeanetta made an unbelievable positive impact on my visit she always is willing to help even when it's not her dept and and the staff loves her

The cashiers and customer service reps were very welcoming and helpful. And my cashier Alaune was very nice and efficient. Great customer service and a wonderful smile made my experience a great one!

Tracie in appliances was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the merchandise we were asking about. We had a lot of questions and she was so willing to help answer all our questions. And she printed up more product information. 5 Star!

My husband and I were looking for shades for our kitchen windows. The staff member in the Window Coverings department spent a lot of time helping us to understand the differences in shades and directing us to the ones we wanted.

Unlike some other Home Depots in the East Bay, the Emeryville store has a sufficient level of staffing. Even better - the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their areas/departments! Worth the extra drive to get the help you need!

The products I needed were available and there was plenty of staff around to help me in store and to help me to my car

Tracie provides excellent service in the Appliance Department. Also, always a pleasant experience in the gardening area.

Terrible customer service and lack of an effort to restock the shelves. Rather than bring items down at night, employees leave them up for weeks. To get a forklift to get something down usually takes at minimum an hour. If you ask for help employees act like they are doing you a favor helping you spend money. What happened to the "no point zone".. You are lucky if you get that. Even if you see the barcode and requested item high on the shelf every excuse is made not to get it or state it is not what you are looking for. A forklift is only available a limited amount of hours a day. The customer service desk while no one was in line, would not look up an item that the website had 17 units in stock, but had none on the shelf for 3 weeks. There are not enough lumber or flat carts and the limited ones there have store inventory all over them. Items are left in the aisles -ADA hazard.

Horrendous store with some really toxic and destructive people at the customer service desk. Avoid this place like the plague!

I really appreciate the service Mary provides in the customer service area. She is calm, polite, professional and efficient. It's a pleasure to be assisted by her.
