This store has significantly improved in terms of its customer service. I gotta tell you that has not always been the case but lately employees actually ask you if you need help.

Totally disappointed they input my information wronf and it end up costing me lots of money and time and I didnt get any positive help to get any apologizes nor my money back. Now I have tro drive 130 miles to el centro and 130 miles back to pick up my money and I drive a ram pick up gas is not cheap and I have to dedicate a whole day just to go do that. I feel very bad that a company like the home depot was not able to help me

Staff employee's are very helpful. They also answered all of our questions and are very knowledgeable on their products and made us feel comfortable. I would recommend the this store for anyone starting their DIY projects or any projects they might have.

for the most part when you can find an employee to help you with anything, they are very helpful and friendly, but many times you can't find anyone to help you when you need help.

The store is larger than most Home Depots and is more oriented toward the construction industry with larger quantities and diversity of goods. I am a developer, licensed b-1 contractor and licensed architect. This store is easy to order from through the pro-desk and offers a broad range of products for less cost than anywhere else than I can think of. Their deliver service is economical and outstanding. I have been involved in construction since I was 16 (in 1965) and I can say that the Home Depot stores are the largest improvement to the construction industry from 1965 to the present time. Too bad the Falcons lost. They played one heck of a game!

Home Depot has the best inventory and the friendliest, most helpful employees of any store in town.

Every employee smiled and asked if we needed help. They helped us find our items and also brought some down for us from their overhead stock where the shelf was out.

Home Depot in El Centro went above and beyond to help me complete my project. The associate took his time and helped me crimp some cables to the exact size that I needed. While still helping others in need. He did all this in a very timely manner.

There's been times before I have gone and took a while to get helped and page someone. Now it was quick and easy. Helped got what I was looking for and even compare prices. Checked out.

I was in the store's nursery and needed some help with everything and not only was someone able to help me promptly but they made it so I didn't have to walk around with everything.

I do not usually go to this Home Depot but because of the experience I had with the employee Alma I would absolutly return. She gave me and my son the best customer experience I have ever had at a Home Depot.
