Marty in the flooring department exemplifies what we are all looking for when we need good customer service, and guidance with a home improvement project. He went above and beyond helping me out! Very nice, very patient, and very helpful.

Yvonne at the service desk was amazing and very helpful as I had trouble purchasing some gift cards. She made phone calls and cleared everything for me. Overall everyone is helpful and friendly.

Tony is an awesome worker at this location. He is extremely knowledgeable on products in the story. He is a great accent to this location and I will surely be returning for her expertise while renovating my many rentals homes. Great service is hard to find in the imperial valley and this Home Depot has it!

Lumber dept. is constantly having issues with saw and changing cutting policy. Makes it super inconvenient.

The manager is committed to the community. They even had donuts at 6 am on Black Friday. The Home Depot team helped our local museum with sign installation and were noted in the local paper. Home Depot employees are always ready to help the local homeowner find what they need in the store

Olivia was the lady who helped me in the paint department she was knowledgeable and very professional. She made sure to match the paint color I needed with great care and did it happily and was friendly. This is the kind of employee that neees to be hired and yes Home Depot nailed it!!!!

On a general perspective, the store is clean and organized. The employees/associates are friendly, and always willing to assist you. In one of my personal experiences, I made an order online and went to pick up my order on my 30 min lunch break (before they even send me the email that my product was ready). The associate at the pick up cashier assisted me, and made everything so I could take my order at that time. The have a great variety of products, and if there is something not at the store, they made it easy for you to place an order, and deliver the product you want at the store.

The Store is neat and clean. The Items I need are usually readily discoverable and available. I have had infrequent episodes in the past where unscrupulous Customers have opened packages/cartons and left the remainder on the shelf, looking for all the world like a new, unsullied item. This is more of a Local problem in this area, but I would exhort the Employees to always check each returned item before restocking them. Carry on, Home Depot!

If you’re lucky enough to get help by one of the employees named Kaye then you will get top notch service the store doesn’t have the best customer service but this young lady helped out so much

Customer service, although not excellent, has evidently and significantly improved from more than a year ago. Back then it almost seemed that employees ran away at the notion of a customer about to ask for help. There are still those that you can see don't want to help (which is crazy because they're getting paid) but most employees do help out nowadays.

Yes, every time I need something from this store is easy to find the products and if for some reason I do not find the item, I looked for help and for sure I received the right help. The store is clean and well organized every time I visited and of course the employees are friendly and helpful, I always satisfy in any of my visits.

The Home Depot is conveniently located, has copious amounts of parking, is always neat and clean, and generally has capable Associates who will help you.
