Diana & daisy ! Very helpfull and great customer service

I BOUGHT A WASHER AND DYER FROM PEDRO FROM HOME APPLIANCES. IT WAS FAST AND EASY WE SPENT UNDER 20 MINUTES IN THE STORE. SO IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY AND WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO SEE PEDRO.

I was shopping at Home Depot in EL Centro after a long day working on a remodel of my home. The cashier Ashley saw I was having trouble she asked if I needed help and I said yes! She stayed with me until I finished my transaction! After I left I noticed I didn’t have my cell phone so I went back and found out that she found it and put it in customer service for me!! Thanks I’m a customer for life thanks too her!!

Most complying store in the Imperial Valley. Their Team are just that, Team players. Very professional and thoughtful and helpful throughout my visits. I would most definitely recommend them. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

Pedro from Appliances was very helpful and friendly, did not take too long to check me out and offer me to apply for the Credit Card in order to get 100 dlls discount.

Definitely better service than the competitors

The store was very clean and the inventory was good in the areas I visited. At the Self Checkout I was not sure of procedure, but the young lady in charge of that area was very helpful and I noticed she cleaned the Self Checkout unit very thoroughly after each customer.

All the employees were helpful with me finding what i needed...but CRISTY was very courteous,kind n professional in her demeanor on assistanting me....An associate like her shows(demonstrates) that they love their job..which means there a very joyful person. Wouldn't be surprised if i saw her as a store associate of the month many times over.

I was treated very unfair today. After I always purchase my lumber I ask for staff to cut it for me it’s just very convenient. Well today I was denied cutting services and was told I could only get 3cuts. I been coming to the same homdepo for the last 2 months because of my home renovation. I have always had great service at the cutting department and never have I been denied any cuts. Now today this gentleman just told me we can’t do those cuts because we are limited staff. Excuse me so after I wait for someone meet me in the back to cut my wood you tell me no. At least put a sign no wood cutting today, so that I don’t purchase my wood today.

Always clean, shelves stocked but some employees just walk right by without asking if we need help or questions. I always have to FIND someone! other than that, it’s good

Some supervisors need extra customer service training. Help there employees a litte more and not be afraid of getting their hands dirty. In the lumber department.

I personally would like to extend a thank you to you store Associate Anika-Renee for her assistance in my application for credit and her professionalism, all of your employees were very helpful and kind. Your store was very clean and in order, though you didnt have sufficient Air Conditioners on display I would hand it too you all good job.

I am always very satisfied when I buy in this store it is rare that I do not find what I am looking for also the staff is very friendly

This store has a wide range of plants and heathy succulents given the heat and the high temperatures the over all store has cared enough to shade the plants from them getting burned.

I went in to buy an item but sadly they did not carry the ones I wanted in store so I had to order them at the customer service desk. The young lady that helped me, who I will not publicly name was very rude. Her demeanor and body language was just not professional at all. I understand that everyone gets tired but this was so obvious and rude. Her constant sighing and face of “I don’t want to be here anymore” was unacceptable.

Cashiers are very helpful i had a an awesome experience.

I had many questions about hardwood floors, measurements, estimates and other supplies that I needed. The employees David, Pedro and Mayra helped me with everything that I needed. Great service!! I love to shop at Home Depot El Centro. Thank you!
