Great staff and large selection

Siding and paint are from this store #3907. It's a big store but the employees that I would meet in the aisles always offered to help.

I've shopped at this store for pretty much most of my adult life and alot of the employees are still the same. Its better to go in the morning and between 1 and 4 before everyone leaves or shifts change. Everyone is always friendly though and willing to help! Especially Matt the paint desk guy!!! He's amazing!

The crew at this store is great! This is one of the best management teams I have seen anywhere. Jon, Jason, Walter, and Jennifer are easy to deal with, and if they don't know the answer, they will find out. I won't shop anywhere else for my home needs.

My son and I came in later in the evening and received wonderful service and attention. The item we were looking for was not available, however, we were offered other options to try and other locations to find the exact item we came in for. The staff was friendly, patient, and considerate. Couldn't have asked for a better visit!

I like this store. I know you draw extensively from the university students in this area. You really need to do better at training them so they look more knowledgeable of what you sell. Having professionals in each department would greatly raise your approval rate.

I recently needed to purchase tempered hardboard. I first went to another home improvement store, and they had a sadly lacking in-store selection. Even the contractor desk associate couldn't offer help looking online. I then went straight to Home Depot, & they had exactly what I needed. I had to have it custom cut, & the associate who waited on me was helpful and cordial. Made for a favorable experience!

BEN and KYLE were extremely helpful during my visit to the store. They both provided excellent customer service by listening to what I needed and searching for one of the items in several places. I had previously been to two other HD locations and left with only frustration. I left the Edmond store thrilled to have received the help I needed and to have the items I had been without for several weeks. WHEE! Thanks, guys! I'll be back!

I drive out my way just to shop at this location. I do enjoy other Home Depot’s. This location is just my favorite.

Over the past 2 years I have been into the Edmond Store location for various projects and with each project I have gained knowledge, been spoken too with understanding no matter how many questions I asked and don't really care to shop elsewhere since the Edmond Store location feels like home.

I do not have a problem with the store or their personnel. I have a problem with policy that does not recognize Military IDs that are accepted every where else I have tried. The sign says they honor Military personnel, but apparently not all military personnel

The employees at this store are phenomenal. Two young employees had more patience with me than I would have ever expected. They had been trained expertly. Because now, even if this store becomes a disaster, I will still go back because I know people there that will go beyond the call of duty to help. And I don't often give A rated reviews!!

Simply an outstanding experience. If I had three thumbs, I'd give it "Three Thumbs Up" !!!
