Customer service has declined exponentially at this store. Not enough employees. May be due to the pandemic. Everyone seems overworked and frustrated. Have to look for someone to help you. Even had 2 people walk right past me when I was obviously looking for someone to help me. The store seemed untidy to me and at the back of the store I had to detour due to what looked like stock items blocking the aisle. One item I chose needed to be wiped off before I could read the information on the package. Don't mind a little dust, but this seemed extravagant. I did find everything I was shopping for with the help of one gentleman that I had to search out but not his fault. He was informative and helpful.

Had a lot of things to take care of in regards to a paint job I was in charge of. Wendy helped me pick out good colors and gave me exceptional customer service.

We moved from rural Western New York in October. We bought a home in Edmond that needs updating. We have stopped at multiple home improvement stores for our needs but like this one the best! The people are so helpful, friendly, and interested in pleasing. The military discount is very much appreciated as we are a 3rd generation Marine Corp family. It is a pleasurable trip to this Home depot not frustrating or overwhelming.

This store is close to my house. But I feel like if I lived across the city I'd still make the trip!! They always seem to look to help you!! I've been to stores where the employees hide from you or act busy as to not help you not the case here.

Jprdan and Jayce in tool rental are outstanding. I had a problem with a weed whacker that was still under warranty. They fixed me up quickly and no hassles at all. Very satisfied.

Look for Tully in the lawn and garden section. He was such a huge help for us when we were picking out a new weed eater and chainsaw. We will continue to come here to this location because of him.

Your employees need to learn how to push a cart with out turning it over and to assist when there is a problem

If you have a big job and need someone to help locate materials from start to finish, you need to ask for Ethan L. Very sharp employee, he helped me fill my complete materials list, helped look through dog ear pickets to get the best ones, same way with 2x4's, then helped load my truck! While loading my truck he noticed the Marine Corps decal I had on my truck, asked if I was a vet and helped me save 10% off of my purchase! Outstanding!

Even on Black Friday weekend, during my visit, which included a return for credit, I was greeted by friendly staff, who efficiently managed my return and checkout. All staff and nearly all customers were wearing masks, which made me happy to be shopping at this particular location. Well done!

Starting the morning off with employees being joyful as you walk in was absolutely so precious and encouraging. Then all the employees I encountered at the paint desk, lumber yard, self check out all were helpful. It was truly an awesome experience first thing in the morning!! Thank you for caring!

My last two visits were great. I was able to receive assistance needed very promptly.

Today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any Home Depot store! I went in to get 10 concrete blocks, 5 one design and 5 another design. When someone finally came to get the blocks down for me, he told me that the blocks were all the same because they were all on the same pallet and that was just how it was. He said that there was no difference and that it wouldn't make any difference in how my wall would look. He continued to argue with me until I asked to get the store manager. He then told me that he was the manager, to which I said then he should know better than to argue with a customer. (I knew He was not the store manager as I had been helped the day before by the real store manager Jonh.) He then asked me if I wanted to get the blocks down myself. I told him, "No, he would get them down for me." When he finally finished putting the blocks I wanted onto my cart , as he was walking quickly away from me he told me that the people up front would load my car. When I was checking out the Cashier, Chuck was extremely helpful and calming. He apologized for the behavior of Johnny. Chuck called customer service to get the store manager for me. It was at this time that I was informed that Johnny was the Garden Center manager. I spoke with the acting store manager, Kyle Kurkendol and explained what had transpired between Johnny (Garden Center manager) and I. He listened and was very calm. He informed me how to make a formal complaint. He apologized for the manner in which I was treated by Johnny and was appreciative of the behavior of the Garden Cashier Chuck. Thanks to Kyle K. and Chuck for making the rest of my visit to Home Depot more positive.

Isles were not cluttered. Shelves were stocked. Seasonal items were arranged nicely. Overall good experience.

The employees in this store have gone over and above in helpfulness on numerous occasions.
