I do not know what has changed in the last couple of months, but the stores services is falling apart. Long lines and no one coming to help, up front or out on the floor. I think self check out has not only raised theft, but employees think they do not need to open a line since that service is there.

I ordered a custom barn door and the process was very easy and painless. From the minute we walked into the store to checking out we were treated like we were the only customers in there despite it being a very busy Saturday. This store will be getting my business from now on despite their competitor being much closer to my home.

Great for do it yourself

Needed a can of paint reshaken, which was done without any bother. Second time it needed done. Had originally bought 2 cans of paint, just used 1 up, so needed this 2nd reshaken as some time has passed.

Abigail was very professional when assisting me with trying to checkout. After 2 tries on the self checkout the screen kept freezing. 3 is a charm. Went to another register and checked out just fine. She remained professional and courteous thru this debacle. So did I after 20 plus minutes trying to check out.

Our ac decided it had had enough and quit in the middle of a 100+ heatwave. After much research we found Home Depot Edmond had what we needed at the best price. The entire purchase went very quickly and smoothly. The sales people we encountered made the visit most remarkable. No one was in a bad mood. Everyone was jovial and keep us smiling all the way through load-up in parking lot!!

Jeff in the Paint Dept was very knowledgeable & helpful! Every employee we encountered was helpful & polite.

Sylvia in Electric Dept. made our shopping experience an exceptional experience! She goes above and beyond!

Went to purchase an appliance. A CSM from another section greeted me and helped me to a proper CSM in that area. CSM was attentive and answered all questions. Let me inspect the item from in the box for damage (none found). As I was leaving the first CSM I spoke with saw me an stopped to ensure that everything was taken care of. Will definitely shop here again.

I went to buy a dryer, the sales man walked through all the dryers, then allowed me to look and decide on my own. Then he came back to see what I decided. He was verry helpful. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Home Depo. Thanks

I have been quite the handful this past month coming up with perfect colors for a few rooms. The staff has been unbelievably patient and helpful and they never rushed through any of our interactions. I highly recommend visiting the location not only for paint, but also for general renovation and moving supplies. All employees were helpful with multiple needs.

I went in for one thing, and it took a very short amount of time to get help. I’m 21 and don’t know anything about where anything in a hardware store is, so it was great because I was able to get in and out so quickly!

Tried to purchase an item that was shown as available. Paid for it, went through the pick up area, and they said it was not available.

A gentleman in tools named Chuck was very informative. He willingly and cheerfully assisted me multiple times to make the best purchase for my needs. I am very pleased and thankful he was there for me.

My security light was not functioning properly. Sylvia, in electronics, really listened to my description of the problem and was able to pinpoint a solution. She really cared about helping me. Great customer service

Everyone in the store was so helpful and the store was so clean! I needed something off the top shelf on the back wall and they got it for me right away and in a safe manner!

I tried to buy a vacuum and batteries for said vacuum. Stood there waiting for someone to unlock the battiers for 15 min while 4 total employees told me they couldn't help me. 3 of which directed me to the guy thats said he could help. When I politely asked about finding someone they ALL reacted as if I was bothering them. I left without making that $300 purchase.

My relative purchased a P-Drain kit in the plumbing department and received tremendous advice. I would recommend Home Depot to all of my friends.

This is an excellent home improvement store. The staff are super friendly. I was really impressed today with my cashier, Raymond, who asked if he could help me load 30 stinky, smelly, heavy bags of composted cow manure onto my truck. I was very impressed with his positive attitude and hard work ethic. His kindness meant a lot to me, especially his offering to do a strenuous not-so-pleasant task, mid-afternoon on a hot summer day. Great guy. Great staff. Great store.

We love shopping at Home Depot as it is our go to store! On our last trip there, we met Linda and had one of our best experiences at a Home Depot.
