The customer service is extremely disappointing. The associates stand around talking to each other and when customers dare to ask questions they are told “that’s not my department” and they go back to their conversations. I gave them 3 stars because their garden selection is beautiful and they have a variety to choose from and they usually have what I am looking for/need. There are a few outstanding associates but the bad experiences, unfortunately, outweigh the good.

Friendly and supportive staffs. Store is comfortable for customers to shop.

I had a great shopping experience at this location on 5/20/19. I purchased a Weber Barbecue and some other items equaling around $1,000. Home Depot advertise that BBQs over $499 would be assembled & delivered for free prior to my purchase and that was what opted to do. The delivery was scheduled for 5/21/19 between 6:00am and 8:00pm (someone was home all day). I received a text telling me the delivery was on its way around in the morning. And no text advising the product had been delivered. My BBQ was delivered but the delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the door bell, instead my $850 BBq was left in my front porch without notice. On my next day off I wanted to try out my new purchase however it was not completely assembled. The back cover for the propane tank wasn’t attached, a rubber hose to cover the electric wires wasn’t installed, the grease funnel wasn’t attached, and the rails for the funnel were bent and installed wrong. All minor fixes but the point is it wasn’t installed and the delivery service in my opinion did a poor job (a lot of porch thieves around our area). This experience made me lose confidence in Home Depot as a consumer and I don’t know if I will return to the location for my future large purchases. I took photos of the things I addressed.

Aisles are cluttered with items blocking access to items on the shelves. Employee left lift in middle of isle and left it there and went away without moving it. There were four other customers shopping this isle and it was almost totally blocked off right in the middle. Employee had no consideration of the customers trying to access item on the shelves.

Well just thought that Karla should be acknowledged for her wonderful customer service , her patience was one of a kind and still had good service even though we were confusing.

My husband and I have been shopping at The Home Depot, Mira Loma since this store has opened. We have always had excellent service and have always been able to find exactly what we needed. The employee's we have run into have been very helpful, whether it be the garden section (excellent quality plants) their tool department or lumber. We have purchased Home Air Conditioning, Carpet and Tile through home depot and have been very satisfied. We have also rented from their tool department.

We find everything easy and everything is organized thank you.

Karla, the cashier that assisted me, was very friendly and made the long wait seem like no problem. She asked if I wanted to sign up for a credit card and reviewed its perks, I declined but was very friendly and made cashing out quick and easy. Although, it’s difficult to receive help when in the store - but that the norm when shopping at Home Depot

I love your store your employees are great courteous polite or smiling willing to help your stores down here in San Diego I can't give is the best Maria and Jackie at the pro desk you're the best

Victoria. We needed a new over the range microwave after ours died, just by chance we got an employee named Victoria in appliances. What an angel, she went way above and beyond to find a replacement that fit our specifications and it was on sale. She must have been in her position for a long time because her knowledge is extensive. We lucked out, you can too. If you need an appliance ask for Victoria at the Eastvale Home Depot

It is nice & clean. Easy to get / find items , I need. You should keep more Carts for Seniors- Disabled People
