Wonderful

I had to search the store for an employee to help me. When I did she was not friendly. She was barley helpful. The store was strewn with lumber carts and product on the floor. There were no vertical lumber carts available and only one flat cart. this store is always like this.

Purchased washer and dryer over the weekend. Delivery driver shows up without a partner to install and remove washer and dryer from 2nd floor. After repeated attempts for an additional helper from the company failed, I ended up assisting as to not have to take another day off work for delivery. All calls to Home Depot local and regional failed to provide an answer as to why I am lifting and moving items I paid them to do. Not pleased with support and lack of resolution. This will not happen to me again or at least not by Home Depot

Kevin in the paint department is excellent! We were given the wrong product at a different home improvement place and we totally messed up two cabinets. We went to Home Depot and met Kevin, explained what happened and he explained how to fix our problems. He perfectly matched our colors and with his advice our cabinets now look amazing. You would never know the difference between what was already there and what we fixed.

Not all home improvement stores created equal, just saying. Here you are treated with respect and staff are willing to help. And it is fun to be in this store while shopping for whatever you project might require.

This is a very busy store in a very busy location. This visit was no different than any other I appreciate this store always being fully staffed to help with all the customers that come in and out. I needed help with heavy lifting and had multiple associates assist from the moment I walked in to when I drove off in my truck. Will visit again.

Compare to all the Home Depot stores in Manassas, Fairfax VA this Liberia store#4648 is the best customer services.Employees are very friendly, knowlegable and willing to help above and beyond to customers.

Chris Duncan was a great help. he patiently and pleasantly helped me place my huge order ( took 3 hours ). explained everything to me during the process. you definitely gained a loyal customer because of him. he is definitely an asset to Home Depot #4648. and I hope this comment reach all his superiors. I returned an older faucet with an obvious defect, and the women, Renee and Kathryn, at the customer service desk were extremely helpful. They phoned the supplier/manufacturer and explained the situation, and even though the receipt was no longer available, they managed to acquire a credit for me equal to almost the entire cost of a replacement faucet. They went above and beyond, and could not have been more pleasant.

The review I just participated in stated that I was not satisfied with the employees. This was an incorrect statement. The employees and the cashier were very helpful .

My wife and I have noticed a great improvement in the availability of in store products especially in the last two years. We had given up visiting this location as we would find one or two products on the shelf but they would be damaged in some way and not up to the quality of the products we were expecting to see. The store is very clean, labels on products, nice promotional materials as you enter the store and in the various departments. It is rewarding to see neat displayed products everywhere in the store. The associates are exceptional in service and we again make Home Depot our first stop. Thanks for turning this location around and making it a pleasurable experience again.

The only problem that I have ever had with this Home Depot is the lack of product. It is frustrating when you need a product, online says you have it and go to the store and you don't. I also don't like product online that should be in stores and is not. Just personal pet peeves of mine. Tha staff at East Manassas are fantastic. I shop there at least twice a week on a weekly basis and I always have great service even with the "newbies". I only have one cashier to complain about, and I think you wil not discipline her because of her age and ethic back ground. She is rude and condescending and does not know how to run a contractor's register. This is the ONLY person I have ever had a problem with. Even before my heart problems they would always ask if I needed help.

I found all that i needed. At the paint department the associate was friendly and heilpful.

Ted in Harware was great, i recommend anyone that needs air tools, or electric screw drivers, please go ask Ted in Hardware. He knows his items in that area and will give you the best tool for you’re job and also let you know if things are on sale or not. He made us feel welcome and I feel like that I became more knowledgeable about tools that i just bought and already have at home.
