Organización and employees are very good all the time

Not Veteran friendly. Would not accept my Combat veteran status for a discount on my VA drivers license. Also I am 80 percent disabled.

It's always clean. The workers are always busy bees. But, still available to help if you need. Everytime I have needed help, they were able to direct me. I have always had good service. Friendly workers. Knowledgeable workers! Can't ask for better!

Over the past few weeks I have been in the store and had the worst experience with cashier Elizabeth at the customer service desk. She is the most rude associate that I have ever come across. The first incident, she was just standing there with her elbow on the counter. I asked her if she could ring me out and she told me to go to the self checkouts. I said you are not doing anything please ring me out. She did but yelled at me when an item I had did not have a barcode on it. It was very embarrassing. The second incident was the same way. This time she said she was helping a customer. There was no customer there. The other associate Ron, asked if I wanted to check out and helped me. He was very pleasant. With associates like her, I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

Convenient location, Easy to Shop in, Excellent parking availability. Always have everything I need and prices are reasonable. Very helpful staff. Great selection of outdoor home and garden items. Healthy beautiful plants.

There was a gentleman named Tim who helped me with finding a wooden mailbox post that I was happy with. Poor guy had to pull every single one out for me. What a sweetheart!!! I left the store very happy thanks to Tim's help.

Terrible store. Employees have serious attitude or they are grouped up gossiping. And being polite, saying "excuse me", doesn't stop their conversation. So much for "employee assistance" or "associated friendly and helpful". Self check doesn't take cash in all machines...for a 1.98 purchase I had to use a credit card!!!! No "employee assistance" can change this. The store was a mess. Product pallets blocking aisles, product on the floor... terrible. Not a "clean store".

EXCELLENT visit. Quick and easy, in and out. Clean, friendly, well-stocked.

I LOVE this store !!! The employees are very knowledgeable, Very Helpful And always have smiles on their faces and are GREAT !!! I was having trouble finding the correct nylon cord to use in my Black & Decker Weed Trimmer (why does the same manufacturer make do many completely different models that use completely different batteries and cord packets???) and the very nice young man took my empty spool and found it for me in no time !!! Great Store !!!

Not one of the better Home Depot Stores. Employees are not friendly or helpful and garden section is not as well stocked as other stores.

Always patient and help me. Pleasant people from Cashiers to Contractors.

You can no longer pay cash at the self check-out. If you choose to pay cash, they only had one register open for those transactions on a Saturday morning. The propane Kiosk NEVER functions properly. It's fruitless for them to continually send someone out there expecting it to work when 9.5 out of 10 times the customer has to come back inside and request assistance to get a propane tank.

A storm door handle was exchanged for a correct model and Customer Service Reps Natalie & Tim were more than accommodating, courteous and patient. I showed Natalie what I found online & she even called to have someone find me in the department. That person was Wanda, who was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful. Wanda even took the time to walk to the door samples to talk about the handle AND offered assistance to come find her if there were any issues or further questions w/installation. The whole process was very quick, painless & joyful. Thanks to these THREE @ Home Depot, Manassas East!

Well-organized shop atmosphere

Great store, good service; knowledgeable associates in their field and provide guidance on use of products purchased.

The employees were all very helpful, especially the key service technician, who didn't give up when my keys weren't registering on her machine. She kept trying other options until my order was complete. They weren't registering due to the age of the keys and the buildup of dirt in the grooves, but it didn't stop her from assisting.

Overall, I am impressed with the service and positive attitude of the employees and cashiers. As a manager myself, I look for customer service and the attitude of "how can I help you?". This store at one time did not have this attitude yet in the past year they have turned into one of my favorite stores to attend. Thank you...

This store has experience employees, which makes a difference when shopping for that specific item which could have taken extra time to find. Stock is very important that it remains in the same place, so that a regular contractor knows were to find things, after a few visit. The contractor will know the lay out of store merchandise. this is another reason why the time is well spent at this locations. I happy to say that this is a great experience, which also provide me the opportunity to have time and write this review. Well DONE 4648 MANASSAS

Austin was very helpful at the self checkout when I was making my purchase. It's very nice having helpful employees who contribute to the overall store experience. I will definitely return!
