The store is always clean I’ve never had a bad experience. There’s an associate back in the appliance section name Angela and she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and will assist and help you find what you’re looking for.

The store was very nice and clean. Wanda provided me with excellent customer service. I live in the Sterling area but I will definitely stop at this Home Depot when I need to make a purchase.

I always enjoy visiting the store, but due to the pandemic the store should consider opening additional cashier terminals, even if they are self-service. Please ask customers to wear PPE and make sure the number of people inside the store is controlled. Payment lines are extremely long and customers are not keeping distance. I saw customers all grouped at different areas. This is extremely concerning, not only for the customers, but also for the employees.

I would generally have a good review for this location, but the staff showed a ridiculous amount of ineptitude when they cancelled one of the items in my order without my permission. Two of the items are in stock everyday, so they should be restocked soon and I can wait. The third item is being delivered to my home, so it is not for them to be concerned with. I received a call about these items and explained that I did not want any item cancelled, but tonight I get an email that 1 was cancelled and it doesn't show me which one it was.

Excellent and Curtis staff, professionals with smiley faces ready to great and help you. Safe and health environment. Good amount of stock available. Store has Tool rental department as well.

The store was clean and customer service was excellent.

This location has very helpful staff and I benefit the most from their paint section. Choosing the wrong paint or other materials can be costly if you are just grabbing something off the shelf based on reviews. I appreciate the extra time taken to explain things like tint needed for most white or blue paints (avoid translucent effect and ensures coverage). Practical experience with other supplies is just as helpful for the DIY type or someone that needs to know the best practices for their project.

Very poor customer service. I felt humiliated and discriminated. 3 male employees were helping a white lady load. They finished and were chatting so i approached seing that they were done. I asked to get help load my tree to my truck and i was ignored. I felt as though because i was hispanic my needs or word did not matter. I sought out a manager and the experience just became worst. He dint even apologise. Another coeworker told the employee that he was fine he dint have to help. How in the world does that sound like customer service?. The employees were white. Not trying to bring color to the issue. I am not racist but Dang sure made felt discriminated. Worst experience in a Home depot.

After another "big box" competitor total let me down, I was in a bind for a laundry set just weeks before Christmas. Walked in and Stephanie and Natalia were awesome throughout my buying experience! Let's hope the delivery folks measure up to the great example they set!

ONLY self check has been working the last five visits and contractor line was long on each occasion. CASH Self checkouts are limited to two machines & it seems one is always out of order or card only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Generally store employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Gardening could use some improvement. They seem swamped-understaffed. Building materials and paint are excellent and kudos to window blinds and flooring department also.

Customer service at this store is excellent and go out of their way to help you.

The female presence at this store is amazing! From associates to management, having women available to discuss my needs with is so nice. Women rock!

Will definitely travel to Lowe's across town than go here!
