Great crew, they knew location of products.

I've never been dissatisfied with this store. It's always clean, the employees are very helpful. Their product selection is good. They have a nice garden center too.

Poor customer service at checkout due to card reader error or whatever the excuse was. Stood in line for a while with $81.95 worth of merchandise only to be informed when I got to the cashier that the card reader was down. How about you train your cashiers to inform customers when there is an error or problems taking cards ahead of time that something is wrong instead of making them turn around and try to get into a different line. Turn the light on the cashier station off if you know you are having problems so customers don’t line up waiting to hear about problems. Pathetic customer service today at station 6. I also work in a customer service driven industry and I know this example of customer service or the lack thereof will make me think twice about where I spend my money on home improvement or miscellaneous hardware.

Robert (Bob) saw me struggling to lift wood and immediately came over to help. My boyfriend and me left our giant cart filled with things to find something and when we returned Bob was already checking our items out which was very helpful given me being in a big hurry. Very helpful and friendly service.

This store has brands I like and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can find what I want easily and the checkout system is excellent. The store is easy to get to from my neighborhood with little traffic.

Spent over an hour ordering kitchen appliances - July 4th sale - evidently, I was given incorrect receipts for the price I paid & the incorrect refrigerator was ordered. I tried to get the mistake rectified and was told the employee that helped me was no longer working at this store. I was told I didn’t order the refrigerator I wanted, my receipts were incorrect & “ it wasn’t fair to the employee that helped me because she wasn’t there to defend herself”!!! The special was 4 appliances for $2100 - I paid an xtra $1000 to get the stove I wanted & the color I wanted. Now, to have the correct refrigerator ordered & delivered is $1778 - it was $2300 but they were so helpful, they gave me a $500 discount! So, now I have paid $3100 for 4 appliances plus $1778 for my correct original appliance to be delivered and they will give me a credit on the orig incorrect frig when they pick it up after the correct one is delivered. Will NEVER go into a Home Depot again. There R too many other stores that take care of their customers and don’t call them liars when they’ve ordered an item & charge double for a replacement that was already ordered to begin with. And the receipts are correct & applicable to the purchase! So upset and humiliated - at least 6 employees stood around and listened to my conversation with the “supervisor” who told me I didn’t order the frig I wanted, I didn’t pay what was listed on my receipt, and the store would not honor the order/agreement I entered into.

The store's employees are great but the company won't spend the money develop and thoroughly test the technology employees need to work at the necessary pace. Telephone, web, and order fulfillment software is clunky and full of bugs. Employees have difficulty locating merchandise on the system. Even the customer service survey is incapable of distinguishing online orders, telephone pickup orders, and web orders and, instead of attention to detail, it delivers questions based on the assumption that you stood in line at the store. Home Depot lacks attention to the kind of detail that it takes to be excellent.

The Home DEpot in Eagle, Idaho, has some of the best trained sales people I've ever met. The store has ample supplies of many products, and the cashiers are friendly. I live in Star, ID, and recommend the HD in Eagle to anyone who has a DIY project.

The lumber section was clean and well organized with plenty in stock. checking out was simple.

I had a number of items that I needed to find and purchase for DIY at my home... several associates went out of their way to help me find everything I needed, quickly and I was given a "Free" ticket for a couple pieces of discount wood that I needed for shelving...that was considerate and it made my day! Thank you HD!!

We were in town briefly to fix up a house we had just bought, we only had three days and were rushing to get supplies. We ran over to the flooring department and Destinee immediately understood that we needed to quickly choose a carpet that could be installed within day, was durable and cost effective. She guided us quickly and wasted no time, educated us and got us a quote within minutes, she was amazing. All employees were helpful and cheerful but we were really impressed by this one employee.

Products are fairly easy to locate and the staff is very friendly and willing to assist.

When we entered the appliance department, the associate we were wanting to see was filling in in another department. A very considerate associate knew where she was & without prompting on our parts, volunteered to take her place so she could assist us with our purchases. It's employees like this that helps "doers get more done".

I was able to find all the items I needed, pretty easily. Employees were helpful, the store was very clean.

I just shopped at the Depot and had the worst experience ever. I have to stay safe from Covid BECAUSE I AM A CAREGIVER TO A DISABLED WOMEN AND HER 90 YEAR OLD MOM. I got nothing but attitude when practicing social distancing. My Cashier was understanding and helpful, but her supervisor SAID I WAS RUDE WHEN I POLITELY REQUESTED SHE STEP BACK SO I COULD WALK AROUND HER... There was a guy vacuuming the entrance and just didn't step back as I waited and waited for him to get out of the way... A customer-ok not your fault- was just standing there. I asked her to step back and she laughed at me.... If my bosses get sick the would be dead within hours!!!!!!! No I'm not being rude or overly careful... AGAIN THEY WOULD BE DEAD WITHIN HOURS. Help the nurses and caregivers!!!!!!

The store was clean and well lit. It was very easy to find what I wanted and the employees were more than very helpful.

This store I visited the same evening, but this is NOT the store I evaluated on the survey. I shopped at both this store and the one in Meridian, Idaho (83646). This store did not have the tile I wanted out on the shelf. I usually do shop at the Eagle store. This store was clean and the associates are usually very friendly. The only thing I could say that is not great is that generally the stores are understaffed and I need to wait for help. This has been my experience in every Home Depot I have gone to in Idaho and California where I lived previously.

From what I have been told (by store employees) there was a problem when this store was built in that the pad was poured 20 feet short in one direction so the store is smaller than a normal HD. This shows up in their lack of products/inventory and how they pack the aisles with extra stock - making shopping more difficult. It is also laid out poorly in that you can't see all the departments when you walk in the door - paint and storage are tucked back around a corner so aren't visible from the front door like a normal HD.

The store has some very helpful nice people both on the floor and at the registers. The two people who assisted me were awesome. I got the two items I needed with no difficulty and quickly

I love this store! The employees here go beyond the extra mile. They take the time to get to know you and they make sure you get everything you need for your projects.

We purchased carpet at this store for our mountain McCall cabin which included furniture removal, carpet removal and disposal, installation and then they were supposed to put the furniture back where it was. The installers arrived as expected and brought the carpet in. As they did this they drug it along side our fridge, leaving huge scrape marks. They took our furniture outside on the deck, exposed and put some in the bathroom where we were in the process of installing LVF. Upon removing the carpet they discovered some problems that kept them from immediately installing... so they left, just left. They did not bring one item inside or put anything back so the other people working could get to their work surface. We weren't there to bring this furniture in as we live in Boise. Leaving everything in shambles and saying they would not be back to the cabin for 2 weeks. Leaving us with no carpet for that length of time in our home that is a vacation rental with people due to arrive for their stay in a home without carpet. We had to hire another local man to install the carpet at great expense $1500 and they gave us a $400 credit, and no apology about all of our furniture left outside in the winter elements. Once the carpet was installed it was discovered they oversold the carpet. We had about $1500 dollars of carpet left, after paying them to drive to McCall to measure accurately.
