Bought door seals, I couldn’t find a bar code on the item, so I snapped a photo. At checkout, Matthew implied I was trying to switch products. Still gave me attitude after another employee confirmed the product was in the wrong bin.

I had the pleasure of Deborah Mullen assisting me in the garden department yesterday (5/28/23). I wanted to plant tomatoes in my new raised planter bed. Deborah spent a lot of time going over what I needed and gave me print outs and wrote me notes. I was so impressed and appreciated her time and her knowledge. She has a master gardeners degree and knows so much. Her joyful attitude made my experience a wonderful & fun experience. Even watching her interact with other Home Depot employees was amazing. She is a master multi taker and I can’t reiterate enough her fantastic attitude. Thanks to Deborah, I have just planted my tomatoes confidently and am so happy. I wish everyone in the world was like Deborah.

I can not even begin to tell you how grateful I was to have found Deb in the garden department. Deb, being a master gardener, has helped me beyond what I would have ever expected from a large retailer like Home Depot. Over the past several weeks, her advice (and incredible patience) has resulted in my home's landscape is simply stunning! As I move forward with my landscaping projects, I would not even think to go anywhere else but this Home Depot location in Eagle Idaho. Deb is beyond the best!

Karen was very helpful during check out. She was efficient and made payment simple, she is a wonderful person!!!

The staff working in the paint department was very helpful in assisting us and making a decision on what type of paint to use for our cabinets

Needed 6" ABS Pipe, 2' long. Couldn't find in Plumbing so went home. Next day checked App & found 9 available in Garden Section - They keep ABS Sewer Pipe in the Garden Section next to the Wheelbarrows. Went to get one, but they were still on the truck that had been sitting behind the store since the previous day. App shows items available when they haven't been unloaded from the truck. Went to a different HD & got 1 from the PLUMBING Section

I can always count of finding the right product at Home Depot ... an exemplary customer service experience is just "icing on the cake" ... while an associate is almost always pleasant and helpful when I seek them out for questions, I appreciate your Customer Service Representative (Jimmy) at the Eagle store going out of his way to ask if I needed help, verify my needs, and then help obtain the product (heavy rope stored in a locked container in this case).

Print product knowledge amazing customer service.

Bought a new mower and the employees handled all the heavy work from shelf to car. Deborah made sure we got it all loaded and were happy.

The manager did everything he could to make things right for us after an online nightmare! Go instore to buy from home depot #1809. They will take good care of you!

If you go in here, you better hope one of these two is able to give you service because that guarantees that you’re getting nothing but the best! Absolutely phenomenal Service

It was so refreshing to have such helpful employees who reach out to see if you need help. vs having to search out someone. Larry stayed with me to help me find all the items I needed and Dakota (Cashier) was super helpful and efficient. What great ambassadors and a gem of a store.

We needed different kinds of molding and had lots of questions about the 70% off bin as well as trash items. Dylan helped us with everything and was happy to do it. It’s hard to find help most times but he was very helpful and that makes him RAD AF!!!

I love shopping at this store. There is usually a variety of products to choose from and most of the time I leave with more than I came in for.

When we need help, there always seems to be someone ready and willing to assist. Always seem to find what we need. Everyone is friendly and helpful at the Eagle Home Depot.

SICK OF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE MERIDIAN HOME DEPOT.. WELL JUST TRAVEL ON OVER TO THE EAGLE STORE.. FRIENDLY AWESOME STAFF AND A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SHOP....

This HD used to be the best in the valley. It’s horrible now. Customer service is marginal at best! I love HD as a whole but not this location. It’s apparent that management has changed over the years, not sure if that’s why.

Staff was incredible when I left my wallet in my cart. They helped me search carts as well as transactions to see if anyone had taken the wallet and made a purchase. The manager, Lisa, called me four hours later let me know a customer had found my wallet. So grateful to Lisa, Keena, Alexa, and Bo at the Eagle Home Depot for saving my bacon!
