HOMEDEPOT IS THE BEST AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Sale Cashier, Amanda, was fantastic. She helped me through the self check. Also I left my phone somewhere in the store and Amanda was tremendous...very kind and understanding...she helped me find my phone. The Customer Service Desk was not so helpful helping me find my phone. I seemed to be a nuisance and they seemed to have "more important" thing to do.

I've been coming to this store since it opened. This store has the best customer service and friendly employees of all the locations I have visited which are a lot. Looking forward to shopping with you soon.Keep up the great work.

Terrible store with incompetent employees.

this store managed the customers coming and going into the store extremely well and were very pleasant to everyone. The shopping experience we had was pleasant. We did not find the item we needed but found other items we could use.

Friendly workers always willing to help you find what you are looking for and in most cases will walk you there even if they are busy.

In this time of Covid health concerns, we still have a need to get things done in life. I appreciate the effort Home Depot has made to manage a safe environment with masks, distancing, the clear partition at the check out, and the friendly service and advice from the staff. We have shopped here for a long time for home projects and always have a really good shopping experience.

Helpful employees and a very clean/safe store

Every time I go in the store.. I am greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for today. The guys & girls up front and in the back (recieving) are awesome. I am a truck driver and have delivered many times to this store! YRC Freight. I have been going to this store since it has opened. As I live just down the street.

Rocky is fantastic! Super knowledgable and friendly. He was very patient as we went back and forth on which appliances to buy.

Store #4738 was very clean and organized. All the employees were wearing protective mask and the store was really clean. All the employees that we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable.

You have an outstanding customer service representative in Caleb. He is knowledgeable about his area and offers assistance without being asked. He is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase decision. Store is usually very clean and well stocked.

Home Depots in general a great place to shop, anywhere they are located. They are all friendly, clean and well stocked with a large variety of merchandise and quality materials. The store #4738 is a great example as they excell in every aspect of a customers shopping experience. Bathrooms have always been sparkling clean and fresh. The staff goes out of their way to pick up anything left in the isles, as they are passing through. They are safety conscious for their employees as well as customers. They utilize modern safety procedures effectively and their staff are all well trained to utilize powered industrial equipment in close proximity with foot traffic. I feel comfortable that I am safe while shopping, there is good quality merchandise to select from and at a very good value!

***Joe in paint was super patient, kind and helpful. Thank you I found what I was looking for pretty quick. I got assistances the one time I needed it. Store was clean, but had a lot of product. That made it challenging in some spots to move around. Employees were helpful and polite.

We had placed an order over the phone with John. He was fabulous, although he was unable to transfer our order down to the Corvallis, OR store, did everything he could to make our purchase wonderful. Destin was amazing, he assisted in getting our planters staged for loading and checked for damage. He worked diligently to get us loaded and tied down for the 2+hour drive back home. KUDOS to John and Destin, they are Amazing Home Depot employees!!! Your store was wonderful, employees friendly and helpful....personalized service.

Luke store manager was very helpful and friendly when price on item didn't match at register to the price on shelves, Luke went the extra mile and not only corrected the price but he pretty much gave us the item for free, note that the item was small item . Also Amanda store cashier was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. thank you all

I have shopped at this Home Depot store for years now! The associates have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! They go out of their way to assist you. And when I bring my dog with me, she gets treats and a lot of friendly pats on the head! That East Vancouver store has never let me down when I needed materials for my projects! And if they didn’t have something I needed, the associates went out of their way by calling the other stores to find the item. This is why I shop here and give this a store a rating of five stars! Every Department in the store is handle by people that are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Also the store is very clean and assistance is readily available just by asking any of the associates. Now for a old man like me that's very important. And they accomadate you with a smile. Now that's why I shop at home depot for many many years.

East Vancouver store is so clean and the employees are always available to help with anything that you need. They will stop what they are doing to show you where the products are stored so you can make your purchase and get back to your day in a timely manner.

I am a frequent shopper at this Home Depot and have decades of frequent experience with Hone Depot in several states. This particular store is managed and staffed extremely well. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. The ProDesk and the tool rental are both great. I am a DIY home owner, and do pretty big projects and the staff always makes me feel welcome and supported. Particularly good service today - wanted to thank Kristie and Mar ar the ProDesk - fast, efficient, good resolution on some delayed portion of the order (damaged tiles - no biggie). I love shopping at this one. Thanks Home Depot - you are helping us make our home beautiful!
