We just bought a new BBQ Grill and got fantastic service from two sales associates!

It took us a while to make a decision on the carpet for our staircase. We stopped by a few times and asked for different quotes. Store associates were so patient and helpful. We really appreciated it!

Chris at the paint department was INCREDIBLE. He went way above and beyond to match a dark transparent stain which other paint stores said was impossible. He was knowledgeable, cheerful, hardworking, and got to the desired result that I didn't think could be achieved.

IT'S AMAZING TO ME THAT HOME DEPOT IS WILLING TO CUT PLYWOOD INTO 8 PIECES OF 26"X18" FOR MY SHELVES.... ITS SUCH A GREAT SERVICE FOR FREE! I APPRECIATE THEM AND ESPECIALLY BRYAN V. WHO HELPED ME!

This store is full of people who actually care and service above and beyond just seems as natural as breathing to them.

Needed some parts for our sprinkler system and Home Depot had just what we were looking for. Plus friendly employees helped us find the slow drying glue we thought we would try. Both Mike and Bryan were so helpful. We will be back as we are always needing something.

Scheduled delivery of building materials; looked like it would take multiple trips. Delivery guys combined the orders and were even earlier than expected which was great. Super courteous.

I shop often in this store and everything suits me, today I bought blinds for windows and it's just lovely

I had multiple people help me find what I needed. Despite the app being total garbage and not helpful.

I worked with Robert in the door section of the store. We custom built a door from the front of my house. The experience was exceptional. I typically have a good experience at this store but Robert went above and beyond to see that I got exactly what I wanted for the look of my front door. I would give Robert a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, ability to communicate well, and overall excellent customer service. He was patient and friendly. He didn't rush me or make me choose quickly so he could get to other things. I felt heard and taken care of with this order.

The staff was helpful and got me where I needed to be to find what I was looking for within 2 minutes of walking into the store!

I just moved to the Vancouver area and have found store #4738 is fantastic! The employees are all so friendly and helpful, so we have bought most of the appliances for our kitchen remodel there! Also numerous items for our new home.

I was in to purchase a 3ft santa it was the last one and Jennifer was very helpful in checking us out. We went through self check out and scanned the sign barcode vs product barcode she helped us get situated. Great employee!!!

We found what we needed quickly. Stock was well managed and orderly.

I love coming to this particular Home Depot. Their location is almost PERFECT. (Actually, to be a better location, they would have to move to my driveway). :) The Home Depot I prefer is near many businesses, but not too close. And just seems SO MUCH MORE RELAXING than the other location here in my town. I feel comfortable and at ease on every trip there.

I went in looking for safety glasses and oil for my saw. I asked an employee named Chris who works in the painting department. I said "excuse me" (pretended he didn't hear me) i then said "excuse me sir" he responded "i heard you". I then responded " oops, nevermind". Then i walked a way. Then a lady asked for help and he responded so nicely to her. "How many i help you?" I'm not sure if this is color thing ? Because I'm dark and the lady he helped was light skin like him. I did mention this to the supervisor names Sam. At first she blew me off. Then she came back and apologized. The whole thing was just so terrible.

Got my cement purchased, loaded, and the remaining bags in Will-Call for later pick-up painless and seamlessly. Thanks!!

Trillium turned a somewhat frustrating, hot 95 degree, long wait for product not restocked, shopping trip, into a positive experience. What a great name for a Garden Associate… Kudos Trillium. Also for Dan and the other Garden employee for eventually responding to come out in the heat to help get er done.

They made sure I hot what I need and was still able to still get what I needed for my kids

Tammy, the employee at the 192nd street Vancouver Home Depot is a rock star! She went out of her way to help me and resolved the issue I had.

Normally I shy away from big box home improvement stores unless I know what I’m going in for, because it’s so hard to find someone to help. On this trip to Home Depot, I got the best customer service ever (anywhere). I had a question about ordering a pallet of pavers, and before I knew it, I had all the help I needed to get everything I needed to build a paver walkway, as well as help in getting it delivered to my house. It was exceptional service provided by Reyla, who was helpful, knowledgeable and had a great attitude about helping me.

If you want to experience an amazing customer service, go to this store and ask for Ken. This store not only has a great inventory but also, very knowledgeable and patience people who walk you through and make sure you get all the things you need for your next project.
