Always helpful with knowledgeable men.

Been shopping Home Depot often for 30 years, and the East Vancouver one for about eight years. This store is awesome, super friendly staff, well laid out, super clean, always well merchandised, I love coming in here to shop. Need help, don’t worry you are more than likely to be greeted and asked if you need help within minutes of entering the store. Thank you!

The employee was very helpful and the delivery personal were very fast and friendly. They didn't take much time at all to take our old refrigerator out and put the new one in and set it up.

Joe Webb in the paint department is amazing! He listened to my DYI project and helped me find everything I needed. He saved me a ton of time trying to figure it out on my own. He was very friendly and interested in my project. It felt natural and not rushed. Joe is an exceptional employee and the service he provided me was A+, gold star and professional, he's knowledgeable and caring. Store was not crowded and had all of the merchandise I was looking for. Help not particularly helpful. No particular bargains and selection of common ideas were just okay.

They are so friendly and Knowledgeable at this HomeDepot so far I’ve bought a Kitchen Fauct and Sink . In March I’m having new Vinyl plank flooring put in my home .

Was able to find the items I was looking for with ease. Employees were nice. Was greeted by a lady who wiped down and cart for me and brought it to me. Was a comfortable shopping experience. Will be back again soon!

I was greeted with a warm smile . I was directed to Linda in Flooring she was so helpful and got me scheduled for a measuring appointment.

I have been shopping at this store for several years and have always been pleased with the products available and the service of the employees. When I require assistance someone is always available at some point to help (there are times when the store is really busy and all associates are really 'hopping'). I am an will continue to be a loyal Home Depot customer.

I always go to the Home Depot store in E. Vancouver because they always have what I am looking for. It is easy to navigate and to get what I need.

This store has the best employees. They always find a solution to what ever it is you need .

The customer service department does not know what they are doing. In addition, the customer service also handles online and delivery orders, this may be part of the issue as they are simply swapped with responsibilities and not enough people to handle it. Yes, the store had what I needed, but they refused to refund an online order that was shipping. The .com site did not tell me it would take a week to get it, and I needed to seal the roof while it is dry and sunny. VERY FRUSTRATED, as when I called the .com site from home, they said "oh, of course we can give you a gift card to exchange the items. Next time just call us when you are at the store." How does customer service NOT know this?? SMH

This Home Depot very clean and the associates that work there are very helpful

On 09/05/2020 I ran to store for 6 different trips to pickup things I need for building my garden. I was so impressed that I got help from the staff there every single time I request. They helped me to load those heavy stuffs into my car. Without their help, I don't know how could I get 6 trips done in the same day. It's worthy to spent my money here because the merchandise is great, and the staff is so amazing. They're: Dalton, Anthony, Jared, Jensen and cashier Amanda.

After I was done buying a weed wacker and attachments, I discovered I locked my keys and phone in my car. It was very late, and although the store was closing, a very professional and helpful employee named Tommy Henderson called a locksmith for me and made sure the locksmith could find me as I was desperate to get car unlocked. A good kid!
