I came in on a Sunday to replace 2, 5 gallon water bottles. The store was out. I returned the following day and found they were still out. The employee, Jim assisting checkout customers, asked my to wait while he called the supplier. He told the supplier the store was out and when could they expect resupplying, which they could not immediately answer. Jim asked for my name and phone number saying he would call me when they came in. Two days later Jim called to say they had been restocked. Thanks for the great customer service.

I rate this store a 5 and above. This store was very professional and the employee Katelyn Saxon assisted us with very professional knowledge about my product. I would honestly go back because of her. The store was clean and the employees were very pleasant.

Got price match and my washing machine delivery was scheduled more than 2 weeks faster than the other box store I went to first

I did find the product I was looking for, but I had to look past the unmasked guests. I did receive assistance from a masked employee, after seeing several who were unmasked. The store appeared to be clean, although there were invisible respiratory droplets in the air, putting my health at risk. The masked associate was very friendly and helpful and assisted me in working through a hardware problem I had, and we were able to exchange ideas without exchanging pathogens.

I was shopping for Whirlpool or Maytag brand appliances. This store had a larger selection of floor models to view as well as very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I felt health protocols were followed well throughout the store. While my appliances have not been delivered yet, the purchasing portion of this process was very easy here. I also shopped at one other box sore and one local appliance shop and found Home Depot to have the best price, most knowledgable staff, and most selection available.

The store was nice and clean with many ways to keep me safe while shopping. The part I have an issue with is the Ryobi one plus system. The add stated if you buy a $99.97 2 battery set you get a free tool up to $79.97. I picked a tool and was told it is not part of the deal even though it was $49.97 and didn't come with a battery. I ended up getting the same tool with a battery for $69.97 instead. I should have paid $99.97 for the battery deal so I could use those batteries with my other tools that I already own, but wasn't able to do that. Not happy with how long it took for the store to tell me no. If it is up to a $79.97 value free, it should be ALL tools, not just some! Very Upset!

Helpful employees and they always have what you need.

Store was clean, overall well stocked, and almost every employee was friendly and helpful. Asked for helping finding something near the power tools section and a nearby employee pointed me right to the spot it was located. Another employee in the parking lot collecting carts was also friendly and greeted me. Unfortunately, all of the good was overshadowed by a rude, obnoxious cashier. Time in line to check out was quick, the store wasn't all that busy, but for some reason this guy had a terrible attitude. Wearing a COVID mask and mumbling to the point I couldn't understand what he was saying. When asking him to repeat, he angrily raised his voice but at least I heard him this time. When payment due, he again mumbled and when I asked to repeat, he practically yelled at the top of his lungs. It was rude and embarrassing for me. Twenty minute drive home and I was still upset, after dropping nearly $400 on a new chainsaw. Not sure if the guy was having an off day or what but he didn't leave a very good impression, and I'm not sure I will return to this specific store.

The cashier who helped me was Heather. She was so helpful all through the checkout process, from suggesting and helping me apply for a Home Depot credit card, and arranging a young gentleman to assist me to load my items purchased into my vehicle. I thought she told me if I applied for the card I would receive a $50.00 credit off my purchase today.

Always a well-stocked store with a friendly, knowledgeable staff!

The employees that helped us went above and beyond to give us the technical knowledge we needed to complete our project. The store was well staffed with plenty of available employees. All employees we had contact with were very pleasant and friendly. All were wearing masks.

I have been shopping at this location for over 7 years. I have had some great experiences while shopping. I did find out from my last shopping experience that the new hires need more training before being put on the sales floor. This is the worst that I have seen it. I was was informed by the paint desk that a primer that I have been getting could not be tinted it would ruin it (I have been getting this primer tinted for as long as I can remember). I was then told by another worker that I should just paint my item white, then I wouldn't have to worry about the coverage over the primer. I find that some of their newer workers are rude and inconsiderate with their customers.

Employees were very friendly. Our visit today was with a very diverse list of items we needed for a DIY project. An employee Daniel, offered assistance. He was extremely knowledgeable about the store layout and willing to help us find several items. It made our time spent at HomeDepot successful:) Kudos to a friendly staff and a BIG THANK YOU to Daniel.

The Okemos Home Depot is very Clean and operates according to safe rules. Their professional staff is knowledgeable and sincerely helpful.

Do not go here during the covid-19 pandemic. Employees are extremely ignorant of policies.

HD appears to have taken adequate precautions. Limiting # of individuals in the store at any one time. employees were helpful but appropriately distant. Everything was clean.

Home Depot staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable about products i.e. what might be best for a particular job, since "I am a do-it-yourselfer, and don't always have time to research a job or products before it comes up." They are also helpful with suggestions about an alternate approach to a job. The store staff have always been very friendly too, about returns, because sometimes I take more of, or two of, and need to return the one not used. and I do not get hassled.

Several employees asked if I needed any help and all very friendly.

Clean store. Associates offered help appropriately. The items I wanted were in stock. (The HD store across town, closer to my house, did not have the items in the color I wanted. And, by the way, it was nice to be able to look on line and determine that the store had the items without having to either call or drive to the store while hoping for the best.)

I go to Home Depot over other stores because the mobile site helps me easily locate all the items I'm looking for and when I do need assistance the employees are exceptional! I haven't found a bad employee yet and I frequent this store often because I'm remodeling an entire house. I look forward to my continued visits to this store. Keep up the good work!

good place to shop. Since Franks is gone this is a nice place to get plants and garden supplies.
