All personal was friendly. unfortunately, I did find some items such as 6' o more inches iron rod.

Overall poor safety standards during covid, customers let in without masks, 6 feet signs for not apply, it felt very unsafe, as management does not follow through with the supposed safety features. Cashiers were poorly trained, and a little rude during interaction

Need major improvement on customer service

This is my favorite Home Depot location, I actually go out of my way to visit this one (the Narcoossee store is slightly closer). I’ve purchased a lot of supplies for home projects here and the employees are always very helpful when I ask for help.

Thanks Mirasol for your effienciency with helping us check out so quickly with three different orders and one of them being for Orange County Schools. College Park Middle. Appreciated the assistance from several employees that knew exact locations of merchandise for which I was specifically seeking. Props to those that take the time and demonstrate how well you know your store!

Great service even though it was busy

Convenience store with all I need, close to me and clean.

Very inconsistent staff some are very helpful but the associates that aren’t have extreme attitude no concern for customer needs and just excruciatingly rude. I have been coming there for years but ever since the store has relaxed the safety measures (Covid 19) the quality of there associates and social distancing have gone completely down the drain, huge disappointment. The competition is still pleasant, helpful, and doing a lot towards keeping customers safe... just a FYI.

I love this store, I always find everything I need.

I found what I was looking with the help of two of the employees. It was very crowded but we were in got what we wanted and in about twenty minutes on our way home.

Horrible cashier Ms Naomi. She's so rude that even when she messed up my receipt, she never apologized, never help nor assist me, EVEN THOUGH IT'S HER FAULT. "Out of my power, can't do anything", she said. It's unacceptable for a decent human beings, and definitely WAY BELOW any employee's standard.

This store does not care about its customers. Covid19 procedures are implimented hap hazardly Masks are still not required even after Orange County mandated it.

I received a lot of help from two associates at this location. Their names were Carlos and Casey. I needed help to build my dog some steps so she can get on the couch and they went above and beyond to makes sure I had a absolutely everything I needed to get it done. Their attitude was perfect. I felt very comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I also intend on going back just to show them the outcome of my project.

The treatment by 3 of your employees. Well technically 2, who bullied a new 3rd employee into treating a customer as if they were lying about returning some unused, non needed wood causing me to have to wait over a month to receive a refund after I had to reach out to corporate and a special manager I guess had to review the camera and saw me physically return the wood an employee named Liz, another older heavy set lady with lots of makeup on that both work in the far right end of store. And there was a new employee who I was told is a new employee named “Rain” I think his name was. Short, heavy set and a hawaiiin shirt on who in the camera review footage was actually standing right next to me talking with another customer and looking right at me and observed me putting the returned wood back onto shelf I took it from. Will NEVER give my business to Home Depot again as long as they hire employees like these who involve themselves in loss prevention and don’t even know what they are talking about and can’t do that position right either!!

Store employees were either without masks or wearing them improperly. It's stressful these days for all of us, but especially when employees don't care about the people they are serving.

You were not prepared for Covid-19 and were overloaded with angry and concerned customers

Everyone was especially courageous and went the “extra mile” to make sure the social distancing rules we were to obey were not overwhelming.

Honestly, given the current status of life with COVID19, shopping here was consistent as with non-pandemic days. I’m able to find what I need quickly, and was in and out of the store. It remained clean, employees are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help.
