This is my go-to home improvement store. I get a lot of things here than I do at some others. I like going here.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. This is the only Home Depot I will go to in Orlando.

sometimes the associates looks like ignoring to help a customer.

Home depot in general is slowly failing. Needed 2-way 50/100/150 lightbulbs. The first 2 Home Depot's were out of stock, finally found some at 3rd one. I also needed a part for an American Standard toilet flush valve. Half the toilet inventory is American standard, but they have NO American Standard replacement parts, smh...

Black security guard seems to think his job description entails not letting customers speak to a manager to provide feedback of experience in the store. He then threatens he’s “the man” who can have someone trespassed from entering Home Depot if & when he feels like it to use his words verbatim. What a way to make a customer feel welcome & want to come back and shop again. Now if it was the other way around you would have Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson outside the store marching and looting..

I had alot of success using the TC Rat Tom CAT super hold Glue 2 count/888603036295. It was simple to use and I would definitely recommend it.

I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WAY ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES AT THE DESK HANDELED THE RETURN I BROUGHT IN AND THE REPURCHASE OF A DIFFERENT UNIT. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO BE HELPFUL AND MADE QUITE AN IMPRESSION ON ME. HE TOOK THE TIME NECESSARY TO HEAR THE SITUATION, AND DID WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO GET MY CAR RELOADED WITH THE NEW PRODUCT. I'M A HAPPY CAMPER.

Our cashier Jayla was kind and pleasant to speak with. She offered us candy on Halloween and made our shopping experience a neat time.

I was at store shopping for a project that i was working on for my home. While i was at store i had my sugar drop very low. as I'm a Diabetic. i felt safe the whole time. Thank you Bonnie, Luis, Tabatha, Pete.. Bonnie you are my HERO!!! This HOME DEPOT is the BEST in everything.

The store was very clean even smelled nice and the specialist in appliances named Altrecia was very helpful and super friendly ! I felt like she wanted to help us because she is a "people person" we need more like her !!! Thank you Altrecia stay "Golden" !

I immediately found the products I needed exactly where I expected them to be. I did get assistance AFTER I asked for it from the same employee that offered to help ONCE as being asked that question over and over is a pet peeve of mine. That being said, this location is ALWAYS clean and has a self sanitation station at the entrance, a fact that is only reinforced by the friendly staff offering to sanitize your shopping cart and such Keep up the amazing work!

Appliance Associate "Altrecia" was very knowledgable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with: this made us use this HD location to purchase our washer and dryer!

Most people were wearing masks but there is always a few that refuse, but nobody from Home Depot asked them to leave. No associate intervened when I had an aggressive non mask wearing customer behind me in line. I had to request him to back away from me three times with associates standing near and said nothing to him.

Leslie at customer service is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and goes above and beyond the call of service to help customers. She’s great.

Home Depot is a must have store for our everyday household practical fixing needs. The employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help. When you enter the store, it feels like you are shopping with a bunch of friends willing to assist you. The quality of the products is top notch. You know that if you buy a tool at home depot is going to last.

I have always had a great experience shopping at this location. The employees are courteous, helpful, and very professional. They make it easy for you to decide on what is needed for your project or purchase. And, I really appreciate the level of professionalism and attentiveness given to the customer. Thank you!

I live about 10 minutes from the West Colonial Home Depot but will drive the 30 minutes to shop at the East Colonial Store instead SOLELY based on their customer service! I am doing a bathroom remodel which requires several trips to the store if you don't know exactly what you need and want from the beginning, and I have been to 5 different home depots in the last 2 weeks. East Colonial is by far the friendliest and had almost everything in stock that I needed! The manager Pete was very helpful on the phone, Titus and Ed and a 3rd employee who I didn't catch the name of, all approached me to ask if I needed help and I needed SO much help! They knew the store very well and helped to make sure I was purchasing compatible items. I'm so grateful to them for their customer service and will continue to spend money at this location because of them.

Latricia Was excellent. We were able to make our purchase feeling confident that we had all the comparison done and information about the product. She was friendly and answered all our questions with a smile! The was really excellent.

I come to this location alot because it's convenient but I may have to stop. One employee was very rude to me.
