I can't rave enough about Earl and Dakota in the Flooring Department at the Duluth Home Depot. They are friendly, patient, competent, and efficient. Their customer service is a model for salespeople everywhere. Good people working tirelessly - going above and beyond to get it done and done right - the first time!

While shopping on one of the busiest days of the year (Black Friday) trying to find something as a gift that i had no clue anything about the employee that saw me confused offered help with finding and the knowledge on the product itself. He was very very very personable and helpful!

I am full time single parent along with running an Inn. I have my children with me wherever I go, because I think kids need to be involved in your day to day life and it is a pandemic. So, two of my kids came along. It was hard the first day trying to figure out a big expensive purchase, but Jarrett was informative about the windows. I was able to price match different stores and for what I needed Home Depot had the best price. Larry helped me the second day and set up delivery. Thank you as it is hard doing this single parenting and running an Inn! Your help made it a lot less stressful! Tod was also great, positive and kind at the register.

Always helpful and able to answer questions about the items that I am getting and going to need for my project.

ALTHOUGH I WANTED TO KEEP MY BUSINESS LOCAL IN SUPERIOR I COULDN'T FIND WHAT I WANTED. MY CONTRACTOR RECOMMENDED HOME DEPOT IN DULUTH. WITH DEB'S ASSISTANCE, SHE FOUND ALL THE ITEMS IN NEEDED AND TOLD ME HOW TO CALL BACK FOR PICK UP. I CALLED PICK UP A WEEK LATER AND THEY TOLD ME WHAT DOOR TO COME TO. TOD WAS RIGHT AT THE DOOR AND TOLD ME HOW TO CONNECT WITH RACHEL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE WALKED ME TO THE SPOT IN THE STORE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS. JAMI QUICKLY CAME AND LOADED EVERYTHING ON MY TRAILER THE WAY I WANTED IT DONE. I'M 70 YEARS OLD AND ALL THIS PERSONAL ATTENTION MADE MY VISIT PLEASANT. THANK YOU.

I'm glad Home Depot came to Duluth. The location is convenient. They are helpful and have most of what you need for home building projects. Also, I like the color orange. They have the inventory online so you can know whether something is in stock. And right now they have a special drawing where you can be entered into a drawing to win 5K for filling out a survey.

I contacted the store to purchase a hot water heater and used their Crew2 services for installation. The plumber, Dryke Plumbing performed adequate services for installation. He was unable to reach anyone to process my payment, phones 2 different people and neither answered. We called several times to get payment processed and copies of paperwork with the same result; I’ll forward your message. Crew2/Home Depot lacks communication and efficient processes to complete and verify paperwork. I will not recommend their services or shop at Home Depot again. My situation is a bit unique in that my house had been sold, however, had not closed so I needed to replace it quickly, and have paperwork completed and proof of payment prior to closing

Extra help for elderly people is a big plus!

Man, don't waste your time with garbage brands from home improvement centers go straight to home depot for name brand goodness

I have always been pleased with the service I have received at this Home Depot. The ladies at the service desk are very knowledgeable and helpful. All employees I have delt with have helped me. Great place to shop.

Employees avoid customers at nearly all costs. Aren't super willing to help. (With the exception to one guy in the lumber department.) Don't have a clue of what products are in store or where they would be.

The team at the Duluth Home Depot is fantastic. They go above and beyond, like Dakota Strand, making sure we only had to make one trip for everything we needed to redo the floors in our house. And being kind and helpful to ring up our items in the cart like Tod during check out since our 11 month old was taking up most of our attention. Awesome team all around!!!

Probably the less knowledgeable and most unfriendly personnel I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time. Mernard's definitely better, friendly, knowledgeable and less expensive.

the staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Cashiers; Sally, Tanya and Debbie are the best. Mitch deserves a raise for his over a nd above help and assistance. Brent is always available and helpful loading. Matt in pro-service is extraordinary but might have lost his seat at the kitchen table due to excessive breeding - sorry Matt.

The online ordering and pick up service is a joke. It was made hours before I had arrived, and was not ready for pick up despite an almost empty store of customers, and many employees were standing around talking with each other when the order could have been picked and ready. I also had problems with your website saying things were available until I tried to check out and kept getting error messages saying they were not in stock at the location I had selected.

Had an excellent experience here. Got to meet a guy named Jami who went above and beyond to help a brother out. Love you man. Thank you.

Helpful employees, Jamie helped load heavy cement into the customer vehicle. Great prices for high quality materials and high quality power tools.

Can't believe that Home Depot doesn't require face masks for protection. C'mon man there is a pandemic happening!

Great customer service from Jami cutting boards in building materials...as well as others throughout the store. It was an awesome trip to HD!

The store didn't have Kilz Mold and Mildew primer. It also didn't have the Sterling shower doors that I wanted. I didn't feel very safe, with covid-19 around, because some of the staff and customers didn't have masks and didn't seem to care about social distancing.

Terrific customer service from the store manager and the appliance specialist. Kind, understanding and patient.

The manager, Jean, is rude, antagonizing and can’t handle another’s opinion. We might be in a pandemic but doesn’t mean you need carts blocking the way out and only one exit open, especially for people trying to get out with a cart of 4x8 plywood.

The store was very clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My one complaint is that any help needed to be prompted by the customer. A simple “hello” or “are you finding everything ok?” would go a long way. The staff was knowledgeable when asked questions though. The cashier that helped me was great!
