What amazes me about this store is the engagement of their employees. They are quick to offer help, answer questions or help you find something. Always friendly, and actually seem to enjoy what they are doing, they make every visit a positive one. If for no other reason than this, they have won my business over their competition. And in case you are wondering, the paint department is my personal favorite!

Matt in the paint department did a fantastic job of mixing a color in rustoleum that was questionable if it would work, I prefer HD over nards because of the quality of employees and materials/ tools. Thanks HD

I really need to say that the manager Sara is the best. She should be training people, or in charge of training for the entire company. I am retired military USAF, and I think she would have made the rank of General. Promote her now.

This store has quality products and wonderful service. There are people to help everywhere and they are always friendly and courteous.

Jami was very helpful. He offered to help load my lumber purchase. I did not even have to ask him for this help. Great service.

I would recommend to everyone this store is so much more helpful. The cashiers are the only problem they are cocky and make you feel like you are intruding there day. I felt like they were on my back at the self check out when I simply did not need help further.

Much better than I expected. Nicely greeted by employee (in a wheelchair) when we entered, assisted immediately in the paint department, got help with the smoker we purchased in the store, great checkout fellow, and wonderful assistance from Jaime loading in our car for us. Thanks.

The store was clean and stocked with what I needed. I also order on line from Home Depot when the item(s) are too big to fit in my car.

Anna and Adam in lumber were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Then as I was in the parking lot, Jami was retrieving carts and stopped and loaded my entire huge load!!! Beyonf full service and friendly!!! So incredibly awesome, now I can go home and actually BUILD instead of cutting all day and having to spend time loading!

I wouldn't do contracting through them because there is no communication between the contractor and Home Depot. I wasted a whole day off to get my floor done for them to come out and tell me my floors are too uneven. Shouldn't they have told me this when the guy came and measured and instead of wasting my time and a day full of disappointment. Then I go to get a refund on the installation and it took over 45 min and the manager of the store could care less about what we went through. The cashier was helpful but I am still waiting for partial refund because they couldn't get a hold of the contractor who didn't want to do my floor. Very disappointed about how this was handled not sure I want to shop there any longer.

If you ever need anything in the electrical department, look up Jared Hites. Excellent employee, phenomenal young man.

Employees are reluctant to open a till and checkout your items. When you ask them to run the self checkout for you they get an attitude. Hint: it's not my job to learn to operate a cash register. I'm not your trainee. I'm not an employee of your store.

Adam and lumber was helpful and patient when educating me and what to buy and helping me cut the wood. Scott was pleasant and kind to interact with and he helped me pick out hinges and find a drill that would best suit my needs.Since I am newer at projects I was ordered my lack of knowledge would bring about a colder response or opportunity for misinformation but I felt like I could trust the employees and they were very kind.

Excellent shopping experience- friendly employees and quality products. We received the help we needed and found all of the products we came for. I highly recommend this Home Depot store over any other home improvement store in the area. We live an hour from this store and are willing to drive this distance because of the positive experience we had. Thank you very much.

Store has quality inventory. Has very helpful knowable people. Handicap friendly. Has a Military discount for 100% vets.

I can always rely on getting good help and service. They will take you to what you are looking for.

Jerome Garner is the best problem solver for major return items. I wish more of the independent contractor services were as generous as he with helping people especially if they are older or have difficulties with heavy items.

I'm a do it yourself builder, spending over $20,000 last year at your store, and not afraid to take on unfamiliar projects. That's a result of the advice and guidance I receive from Home Depot associates. Always helpful! Also, I brought my 4 year old grandson shopping with me last week, as I was keeping him busy with my other granddaughter doing distance learning at the time. He had on his worker man hard hat and vest. The HD employees went out of their way to greet him and gave him projects to take home. He is still talking about it "I'm so excited!". He can't wait to go back with me to Home Depot. He is now a pro worker man.

I like the store for all the usual reasons but also because they offer a 10% discount to military and veterans. I was surprised and disappointed that they don’t carry a replacement latch kit for my mailbox even though they carry that brand of mailbox.
