Neat,clean,well maintained, employees are very knowledgeable and helpful

Service at the store was excellent. However, on the date of install, the installer was supposed to be at our house between 1pm and2 pm. At around 3pm, I called the store and asked about the install. The person checked called me back within minutes. I was told the install was delayed on another job and would be at our house within several hours. The installer could have called but never did. Poor installer service.

This store is by far the best Home Depot I have been in. All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The check-out lines are short. The store is clean and well-organized.

Very clean, customer friendly

The woman who helped me in the Garden and Nursery center, Bobbi was so very helpful, kind and a really great employee in your store. She helped me to find a few items I was looking for, and also helped identify the correct pricing for another item I purchased. She made my trip to your store very timely. Her help was very personable and professional. I will be back!

My wife and I come here quite a bit, we just bought our first house and this is the store to come to. it is only 5 min from our house. The prices are pretty good and the customer service is great, we have not had any issues coming to this store.

The employees at this location go above and beyond to assist you. I went in looking for a light bulb for my stove overhead and at first glance, I couldn't find the light bulb I needed. I didn't know whether I was looking for the specific watts or volts and as soon as an employee saw me look a little confused, he approached me and offered assistance and found me exactly what I needed without me having to go and ask for help. The cashier, Ridvan also checked out my items for me in the self-check out so I didn't have to do anything but pay and it made my shopping trip quick and easy!

I live close by and shop there once a week..I’m hearing impaired, workers know and respect me, speak to me slowly and clear..I find things easily also has large selection that I can choose easily..

This store gets its value from its people, specifically Dean, Michael, Jeanie, Jessica and Roy. They create a great atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. I cannot say the same about their other stores.

I've been going here for over a decade and it's always great, never had a bad experience and the staff are always super nice, like genuinely nice, not the "my manager is watching" nice.

The Downers Grove Home Depot is my "go to" store! Everyone is always super helpful, and by the time I find the items I'm looking for, I've been asked at lease 3-4 times if I need help, I usually don't have to go looking for someone. Super great store!!!

Mike Bogolia and his team at the pro desk are the most courteous, knowledgeable home project representatives my young family and I have come across with all our interactions with home improvement stores in the west suburbs of Chicago. Mike and the team are now our go-to project experts on ALL home projects given their expertise in so many areas of the store. They are so friendly and take time out of their busy day to help us without hesitation. He takes the time to explain the proper way to handle certain home projects, whether it be door, other millwork, faucets, sinks, paint, and more! Mike always remembers a face and makes us feel like we are part of the Home Depot family. We are so grateful for the help and look forward to continued relationship in helping us with our home projects.
