The Dover Home Depot is not only convenient, it has everything in stock that I've ever needed. The salespeople are friendly and courteous. I think the store is easy to maneuver around and unlike some other stores in the area, there are no boxes blocking the aisles.

It's like being a little kid in a candy store, that's how I feel when I'm in the Home depot! Jr from Dover, Delaware.

The employees in this store are very upbeat. All are courteous and very helpful. They will direct you to an "expert" to find what you need. Good shopping experience.

I am always treated well by the staff. I need unusual parts for my hobbies. If they don't have the exact part I need they can recommend an alternative. So far they have all worked.

The store is clean and well organized, the checkout stations are efficient. I have bought lots of home improvement supplies from here, passing a Lowes 5 miles closer to my house.

I used to love shopping at this location. After my experience on 7/20/2019 with an associate in the lawnmower area, I will not return to this location. She was very rude and unprofessional.

Over all, store is awesome! The service that I received from one of their employees in the mortar department was deplorable! However, this was the first time that such poor service was experienced. The employees are usually great! I appreciated the courtesy water that they made available during our heat wave! That's great customer service!

I had a very good experience at the Home Depot tonight. We went in to get a problem with an installation solved and to buy something specific. We waited in the Customer Service line and it didn't take long. Tawana waited on us and was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. She took notes in the computer about our problem so it can be solved. (The problem was ours; not Home Depot's) Then she went out of her way to help us find what we needed when the original product didn't fit our space. I was impressed because she must have had some very good training and you don't find good customer service in most stores. It's like a lost art but Tawana has excellent customer skills. I will be returning again.

If you're interested in purchasing especially an appliance, save yourself some leg work and just go here. Plenty of samples to choose from and the staff is wonderful! By that I mean they're personable, knowledgeable and thorough and you get the sense they truly want to make you happy with your purchase!

I purchased 4 three gallon pails of PPG Timeless transparent oil base stain for our cedar fence, the gentleman at the service desk assisted me in applying for a store credit card, the associate at the paint counter assisted me in finding the correct product for our project, and the cashier handled the transaction with ease considering that the customer in front of me insisted that she do something (sell him 6 pieces of a laminate flooring that is only sold in full cartons) that she was unable to do. This store is filled with employees that are dedicated to helping you accomplish your home improvement projects.

VERY CLEAN AND ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THERE DEPARTMENT, THAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME.

Walked in, everything neat and clean, and orderly. Not always the case.

Store is always neat and clean. We have recently had a HORRIBLE experience with a competitor, and will NOT EVER use them again. Which lead us to start using HD. It has been a true pleasure. The service has been great! Robert V has been more than helpful and above and beyond in assisting us with redoing our "huge" deck. He knew his product, all the ins and outs.

This store always has everything that I need. I don't have to go to another store. As a matter of fact, I drive past another home improvement store to get to this one because I don't want to waste my time. I am very please and this is now my home store for all of my home project needs.

No customer service.

The store had products in the isles where customers have to walk. when ask some one for assistance sometimes they will help you other times they will say I don't know or this is not my area to work in. There is not enough employees in the store to assist customers you always have to 10 minutes or longer to get help.The store could have been clean better.

This is my go to hardware store. I always get good advice and I especially love the gardening section.

Lirah at self checkout is very kind and helpful and the employees are very helpful.

All employees encountered were helpful and polite. Even though I live in Maryland, the store's Dover, DE location is convenient. Considerable time was spent with Chris, the kitchen planner to design the kitchen remodel. I also appreciated taking home samples of cabinet doors and counter tops. I expect the job to continue to be smooth and satisfactory.
