Great store, great customer service always clean and the wait time to checkout is awesome

Associate/cashier Marie is a treasure and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are given the help they need. Awesome.

Alex in the department makes customers feel at ease while shopping. Very courteous and genuine to help you find all the items on your list.

This store has good service. The employees are friendly and helpful. The credit terms are wonderful.

Zero customer service! When asking one of the team members walking toward me for assistance he put up his index finger and shook his head no, basically indicating my question wasn’t important. (He was getting a pen from a workstation) The ladies at the return counter were more interested in talking about oval tubs instead of asking me about my return. Not once did they say hi or may I help you. Others associated were just standing around chatting. This place is miserable.

Home Depot Dover is our favorite one. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Collin in Lumber was just a phenomenal employee. The attentiveness to the customer before me, and worried that I would be upset for taking too long for reasons not his fault. He was personable, passionate, and believes in doing his job accurately and efficiently. He asked about my profession (artist/youtuber) and just a really nice guy. Being a woman, he wouldnt let me lift or exert myself. Awesome employee. You should be so proud of having such a great worker during these awful times. Thx Collin.

I would like to say that because of the pandemic I found all of the employees I asked for help were very friendly and helpful.

As always the female employees are helpful and friendly , the men not so much. I love their plants ,but would it kill them to reduce them once in awhile? The bathrooms are always clean, and they do carry new products on a regular basis.

LOVE IT !

It is obvious that the employees are encouraged to act in a friendly manner and to learn about the locations of the various departments in the store. The employees in those departments have a good working knowledge of the merchandise and can often offer suggestions about the task that the customer is working on. There is generally a greeting and seldom a frown on their faces as one approaches them, unlike at their competitor further north.

Excellent Customer service I will visit again. I will make future purchases.

I want any customer that read these reviews about this Dover store to know that the service here with the staff and management and all employees goes well way above and beyond I would recommend this store to anyone the customer service in each department is excellent. They know what they’re talking about when you go into each department they also know where everything is in each aisle I had no problem with everything that I needed in this store for the past year my husband and I had bought a house on November 31 and we’ve been shopping here for a whole year and each and every time we come in they know us and they’ll are always willing to go above and beyond to help us and I love that exceptional service thank you guys and keep up the good work sincerely Mrs.Nicole Stridiron XOXO
