I just bought 14.8cu.ft chest freezer they make them longer instead of wider an I love it. It was on sale cheaper than anywhere else with removal of older one.

I have frequently shopped at this store. Friendly staff, good selection and prices and nice location. Craig in the appliance dept was particularly helpful - he helped us buy a dishwasher. The store is very clean and also nice restrooms - important when you have kids shopping with you.

A man name Daryl that's work there help me and my boyfriend made our final decision in purchasing our brand new stove and fridge and told us how much we can save and much more. Best customer service experience. He also answers all our questions.

Every time I go to this location, there is always someone available to help with troubleshooting a repair or problem. Good at helping me find the different alternatives to choose from. Will even tell me if what I need is at another store if they don't have what I need. Sometimes they look it up to see if at another Home Depot location or online. It seems there are more salespeople, and knowledgable ones available (or they will call someone who does know) than other Home Depots or other home stores. Sometimes hard to hunt down someone at the other stores.

The Home Depot in East Syracuse has ample and top-quality merchandise. Aisles in the store are clearly labeled, so it's easy to locate merchandise. There are numerous employees, always pleasant, knowledgable, and ready to help. I never have to search for an employee, which makes the shopping experience pleasant.

Easy to find everything, and plenty of sales associates willing to help! Joanne was a very helpful and friendly cashier, I'll definitely be back for my home improvement needs!

Being a frequent customer this store has the small home town friendly appeal and has professional help at every department of the store. Confused and lost at the time of shopping two employees went out of their way to locate a product that my company was in need for.

We found Craig in Appliance to be so helpful. He was patient and kind. Very knowledgeable on all out questions. He really helped us with our choice of a new washer and dryer.

Had a very nice experience at my local Home Depot in Dewitt, NY. It was clean and easy to locate products. When I did need assistance, each and every person was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. It is my go to place first for home products

My wife decided she wanted ship lap on one wall in the kitchen. The wall was 10ft 3in, the East Syracuse was the only store that had the kind we wanted and in 12ft lengths. PERFECT! In and looking good!

My wife and I enjoy fixing our home and fixing all our projects. You help us with saving us tome and money.

We had a great experience in Home Depot. We needed some help with questions on bathroom faucets and plumbing parts. Too often you cannot find someone to help you in other stores but we were able to find someone in each to answer questions and went above and beyond to get information that an item we wanted was on line from Home Depot and got the parts numbers for us. Great store.

We set up an appointment for measurements and eventually installing a garage door. The person that was supposed to come for Measurements, called and said they need to reschedule, because she had kids in the car with no baby sitter. Scheduled for Tuesday at 9 am. Never showed up, and called to say they got busy, and will be there at 4 pm, never showed up. I texted them, they said will be there at 4:30, did not show up. I texted them again, they said they are 6 minutes away, but never showed up! They contacted us after a week to ask if we still want measurements done! I called the store and told them what happened, and the manager, Dina, said that she will file it and will take care if it, but she just sent us a copy of refund and said “ thank you for your business.” Really? Thats how you run your business?

The East Syracuse store has a large selection and extremely helpful personnel. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Employee at front service counter desk was very helpful and courteous. Employee went above and beyond in my opinion and showed exceptional courtesy by helping me. She had remembered my name after briefly speaking and offering to hold my online items at front desk while I shopped for additional items. Things such as remembering a person's name are very important and impressed me. Thank you Brandi.

Wonderful customer service today on the 4th of July from the moment we entered the store until we left. We were able to get assistance and all of the associates we spoke with were friendly and very helpful, especially Mandee!
