Employees have thorough knowledge of inventory and where it is located. All were helpful with good attitude. A pleasure to shop there. Joette Loomis helped me locate an appliance on Friday that I had not seen before (although had spent considerable time looking over your inventory). After going home and reviewing on that item, I returned on Saturday to see Joette and purchased what she had shown me. Very pleased.

Horrible service in the appliance/kitchen areas. Went to buy a new kitchen sink and set up installation to avoid any plumbing issues. Apparently the associates will only help you if it is their specific area of responsibility and unless you want a full kitchen remodel they can’t/won’t help you. Not being a “handy man” I want/need someone to install the sink but apparently at Home Depot that is a “small job” and they don’t have anyone for those.

I can always find someone to help me locate items, and every employee/associate is pleasant and engaging. Home Depot is my first choice to find whatever I need for my home.

Recent shopping at this store was great. In this time of pandemic when products are hard to obtain because of supply chain interruptions, we were given the best possible service to get the appliances we needed. A store employee went above and beyond to keep us informed on availability. Thank you, Home Depot.

Steer clear of Paint Dept. if you want a specific color. They can't make it happen. Waste of time. This happened more than once at this store. Store manager was insulting and rude. No more Home Depot for me.

Customer service is hit and miss. Some associates are very willing to help and others could care less. Cashier was texting on her cell phone the entire time we were making our purchase, after she realized we were standing in line. Her cell phone was much more important than the customers.

Tried to buy $100 48x24x78" wire shelves. They were on ground but all banded together. What is the point of putting on ground level of I can get only one. No one was there to cut bands. I told the cashier about it and she didn't say anything. Why would you take the time to put racks on floor and not unband the 10 units so customers can buy them. I looked around for someone to cut the bands but no one was found.

If you a question for customer service, don't bother, they can't help you and they will tell you that. This happened to me on 7/5/2020. Ridiculous! Also, their supply of Ryobi products is sparse!

My visits to Home Depot have always been good and well staffed. I will continue to increase my visits/purchases at Home Depot

Watch what you buy from here. They put returned items back on the shelf.

Garden Center Mgr was rude and shut the gate on many garden center customers with loads of product in hand. Think she would have kept it open a little longer to service the crowd in the center. Other stores would. Some customers abandoned their product randomly and left. Forced to go wait in long line inside with only 2 cashiers...hard to keep Social Dist and no attempt by HD to place marks or tape on floor to achieve SD. Charged the wrong amount of product (wanted more) and had to go back inside to wait in line again due to cashier error. Biggest waste of time, inefficient and RUDE.

Customer service is spotty at best. About half the employees are friendly and at least try to be helpful, the other half are miserable and rude. Most employees seem confused about the store's policies and don't really care to help you find solutions to your problem. My product was delivered to the store on 6/1 but they wouldn't make it available for store pickup for 2-3 days later. It's a 70-lb. box; there's not way it should take that long to bring to the front of the store.

Not following safe practices for Covid 19. Employees with masks under their chins, not wiping machines between customers. Watched staff direct several customers, including myself, to machines that were just touched by others. When asked if they wipe down between they said yes. I replied that I witnessed several times when that didn’t happen. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager Charles said” home depot policy was to wipe down every 30 minutes regardless of use.” So Home depot thinks viruses can only be spread every 30 minutes? He went over to the staff and asked if they were wiping down machines. One staff replied” when we can get to it, we are busy”.

Great store with very conscientious employees. All are friendly and Always someone willing to help. Wouldn’t go to any other home improvement store!

People at the pro desk are great! They helped me in every aspect.

Cashier was so rude. She was rolling her eye when I don’t know the length of item that I tried to buy. Is that my job to know it or you guys? Why you guys treated your customers with dirty looks? So bad.

I have been going to this store for many years. In the last 2 years, I have had multiple building and repair projects. I have been very pleased with the employees here at this store. They have worked with me to get the products I needed that would be best and to get a good financing deal as well. I usually can find the product I need easily, but if I can't, I have been finding the employees are usually very helpful and friendly.

Overall service and stock of items is very good and easy to locate. I was quickly responded to at the automatic check-out.

I needed 1 specific faucet tool as my facet have been apart for days (it looks so simple on YouTube, when I walked in and over to that area and stopped, 1 staff stopped what he was doing, :saw" me and helped me right away. A second helped him gather more of those tools for the area I was in in, and a 3rd, Joanne took the box from me rang me up and I was in and out with what I wanted in 6 min. Everyone was smiling too ;) I appreciated it all ~

I LOVE this Hone Depot and the help you receive in the paint department from the woman with the short gray hair as well as Hope the in the home appliances to the check out with Joanne. Obviously, the management of this store encourages its employees to be customer service oriented and IT SHOWS!!!

Was disappointed with the store and customer service. Went into buy an item and was charged more than advertised and when questioned the cashier was apathetic. Was not worth going there

I've always had good experience in the store, but this time it was exceptional. With the help of your staff, I found the product I was looking for in no time at all. Overall the store was clean and your associates were first class.
