This store is Awesome! I received wonderful service by Mike from the MET team today. He is very patient and asks good questions to make sure that he understands your needs before he shows you products in the aisles. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

No customer service or help! Bought an large expensive portable NEW (not refurbished) a/c unit & there were NO INSTALLATION instructions! When I called they couldn’t help me! Will never shop there again!

I enjoy shopping at the East Syracuse, NY Home Depot. I am always greeted by every employee that I walk past. Shopping here is a learning experience for me. I always learn something from one or two employees while I am there. It is a valuable education for me. The store and the ladies rest room are always clean. And shopping carts are clean, an employee can always be seen cleaning the carts.

Store was great except for paying with cash. Automatic check out with "cash" was only available in one long line.

Plenty of employees working on a Saturday to help find and item. Very friendly overall a great experience.

Based on my last 2 visits to this store I am so disappointed with the service I may drive 4 more miles to a different store. They just do not have enough help.

Date of Service : 3/23/21 Sunshine and Ned were absolutely helpful and turned what started out to be a sour experience completely around. My Fiancé and I went to home depot to buy a traeger smoker. We went to the customer service desk and asked for assistance, and they sent over a very young and disinterested employee. He spent minimal time looking for the smoker, repeatedly told us he was unable to find it, and suggested we order it online and come back to pick it up. After he confirmed there were 4 smokers in stock. We live 30 mins away and we came to this store specifically to pick up this smoker so we were not happy at the thought of not receiving what we came for when it was confirmed to be in-stock but the employee was too uninterested in actually assisting us. After being told 15 times we should order it online and come back for pick up he then suggested that we go back to the customer service desk and they could help us. So we went back to the service desk and spoke with Sunshine, who asked if the employee never came and we said he did but couldn't find it and suggested we come back here. Sunshine was extremely helpful and was successful in sending us home with our smoker and assisting us some additional accessories. I gave this store an excellent rating based on the experiences from Sunshine and Ned. Ned was our cashier and he was extremely friendly and personable. You can tell he likes his job and it shows. 10/10 for Sunshine and Ned.

Staff were super friendly and helpful! They knew exactly where all the items I needed were located; I was hopelessly lost. They knew the aisles' names, numbers, how far down the aisles to go and which shelves I should look at. I was really impressed.

THIS STORE IS STAFFED WITH PEOPLE READY TO ASSIST YOU AND WITH ALL THE SIGNAGE ABOVE THE EACH AISLE IT IS EASY TO FIND WHAT YOUA RE LOOKING FOR.

This store is amazing the workers here are just great treat you like family and are always ready to help.

This store has wonderful employees that have been here for years. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have learned how to install my own backsplash and crown molding from associates at Dewitt store. The store has everything we need for a project.

Do not shop here the manager Diana is absolutely the worst person you could ever come across she is very rude and talks to people with a very nasty attitude she received multiple complaints on her attitude and nothing is done they just allow her to continue to talk to her customers any type of way as if the customers do not matter absolutely disgusting

I was very satisfied with my service today. The associates were very helpful and helped me to save money! That is always a plus. :)

Everything in the store was very easy to find. Employees asked me if I needed help finding items. The cashier was very courteous and helpful. I love shopping at Home Depot

I was very happy with my shopping experience at the Home Depot. I needed to buy a water heater. Charles, an associate at this store, was extremely helpful through the entire purchase. Charles made sure I bought the correct water heater, he made sure the item was loaded into my minivan correctly so the item would make it home safely. Charles was courteous and kind and concerned. I could not ask for a better shopping experience ! Thank You Charles and Home Depot !
