Very conveniently located and the employees are always friendly and very helpful when needed.

Store employees are seasoned veterans, knowledgeable, friendly and most I know from previous dealings. Even when they're busy, they WILL stop and help. Competitor stores are only focused on the one sale, not the returning customer like these people are. Great job, and you know I'll be back.

Always have a pleasant experience at this Home Depot. Pleasant greeters, floor personnel, and cashiers.

Store is clean and easy to get through

The store was very clean. The customer service personnel are very helpful. The paint department was spot on in my color selection. The cashier was even more cheerful and helpful....

Having our bathroom renovated and Bernadette (I hope that's her name) was knowledgeable and super helpful. My incessant questions did not bother her. She was happy to share the wealth of her expertise. A truly great experience.

This particular Home Depot has employees that are experienced in the dpartments they work on! I have not been steered wrong in any area wjere i required help.

Their is always room for improvenent, but in general the store is well stocked and friendly employees and well lighted. The prices are not bad either and quility of the products are good.

Have visited a few home depot stores in my area and find that the deptford store in particular is the most well stocked, employees that are the most helpful and courteous. The personnel have assisted me on numerous occasions and I always am pleased with my experience.

The store was neat. Had everything that I needed. Couldn't find something I was looking for. An associate, Angelo helped me find something else that I wasn't aware of, and that I ended up liking much better. Employees very friendly and helpful which I appreciated very much. I would definitely come back to the store. Prices were good, great sale.

The Deptford store is very neat and organised and the staff will go out of their way to assist you.

Cashier and employees are very helpful

I generally find what I go to store looking for & the assistance I need to get my project done. I usually find myself looking around and coming up with projects I know I can get help with if I need it. There's always someone who can answer my questions. I like the outdoor displays and the 'you can do it"attitude of the sales staff!

I went to this location on 7/16/18 for just a few items, and like all customers as you walk around, a few other items come to mind to pick up. I walked over to the Kitchen section, looking for lights, and I asked the woman working there. She was sitting down on the computer, and drop everything, got up, and help me. After I told her what I was looking for, she walked me over, yes walked me to the location of what I was looking for, and helped me in the department that she did not work in. I wish I got her name, but did not. A second aspect on the same trip was at the register, when cashier Maria helped me out. She was very nice, and went above an beyond for me. I wanted to talk to management on my way out, but just walked out. While out in my van, I said I should have talked to someone about the service that I just received. So I called the store as I pulled away. I spoke to the Asst. Manager and provided detailed on my visit. She was happy that I called, and now I wanted to leave this message for others to see. Customer Service...true customer service is a lost art, and I am glad that I was able to get it from a number of associates at this store. I will definitely be back. Thanks.

Great store! neat and clean

My carpet shopping experience was awesome. Kristy and her fellow Carpet employees were so friendly and helpful. Kristy was so knowledgeable and patient with me. I changed my mind couple of times between carpet style and padding, and she kept on assisting me with laughter and suggestions. I already had my room measurements done couple months prior. Kristy walked me through the whole process. She helped me to make the $3,000.00 purchase more doable with her expertise.

For best customer service home Depot is the place the employee listen to you and direct you to the exact place to find what you looking for ask you if you need help they come to you with questions like you find everything alright lol that's great and to add to that the store is clean and smell fresh the employee take their time to help you get what you want
