Good store, employees were nice.

What guy doesn't like to go to Home Depot.? When your list is long and your wife wants results a stroll through the Deptford store always works. Great staff and good advise.

25 years customer. My biggest regret is not buying stocks

The Deptford Home Depot is conveniently located to where we live and no matter what our needs are we are always able to find the products easily or there is always a sales associate or expert to help me. We recently had our own bathroom updated and with the recommendations from the men in the plumbing and bath department we were able to renovate our rental home on our own. Painting and regular maintenance is so much easier and enjoyable with having the help and advise from your employees. We just purchased mulch and plants and the garden associate helped me load into our SUV because my husband is a heart patient and when I tried to tip him to thank him for all his help he refused and would not accept it. He said that "It was his pleasure" , now that is amazing. Great store

Pamela in customer service went above and beyond to help us with a return that was ordered online. If not for her help we would not be shopping at HD any longer. Pamela made right everything that went wrong!

Just moved to this area and I have to say I use Home Depot all the time but this is by far the best one I’ve been in yet only been there twice and both times very helpful and friendly customer service stores clean job well done

I have to say that I received some of the best customer service from two young men that work in that store Lamont and Mike thanks for making my experience a good one.

This location was extremely clean and had a lot more in stock I went to this location because the one near me selection was very limited also the employees there were very courteous and helpful through out my shopping vist.

Tabatha was so nice the credit card machine was acting up she helped me. That ment slot because I was in a hurry

I come to this location multiple times a year for any home improvement or gardening needs, and I have to say I have never been treated so poorly by an employee ever. At any store. An older woman by the name of Felicia, was the lovely (sarcasm) personality who helped up check out. From the moment we stepped up to the counter she had an awful attitude. He had gotten two feet of chain (with no assistance because we couldn’t find anyone) and taken a photo of the bar code. She snapped at us saying that’s not how it done but she wanted to see what he had anyway. When he realized he had the wrong barcode he went off to get it, but not before she shook her head signaling she was annoyed to another associate. I understand things not being done the way they’re supposed to can be frustrating but the attitude was not needed. When he came back and accidentally gave her the wrong barcode she snapped once again, and stomped over to the phone, giving me a dirty look as she called whom ever she needed. I got so upset and angry with how she was treating us I had to walk away. I don’t know who upset her before us, or if that’s just how she is, but she should not be working in retail, and with the public, if she can’t keep her attitude in check. I’m going to be coming back to this location because unfortunately it’s close to my house, and other places are too expensive, but if I had another option to go to I would. I’ll be avoiding Felicia at all costs and everyone else should too.

Great Store Employee's have knowledge where everything is and also about the items and how they work .

I was in 3 Departments and there was no one in any of the Departments. In fact I could not find anyone even in the areas near them to ask a question. I know people who were told they would get a call for an interview. They want to work, but no one has called and there was no one to help! Management????

There is always help when you need it.

Very pleasant and helpful staff in all departments. Sales associates go the extra step to satisfy customers. Not a fan of self-checkout but this store does always have a cashier available.

Great to shop at Deptford Home Depot. Great selection, great prices. Very helpful associates. Have scoters for older folks like me who need help in getting around.

Taylor in customer service was extremely helpful. She provided the highest level of customer service when assisting me with finding another location for the grill I wished to purchase.This is one of my favorite HD locations. Well done!

The worker went over an beyond to help me. After she was honest an didn't know what I was looking for, she got someone else an this person helped me out. Walked me to what I needed an then he realized that I was getting the wrong material an showed me what I needed an explained it. Was great help, very knowledgeable an saved me.

The store is always clean and there is always someone to help out. The paint department is also good.

I love coming here. Before we were homeowners we used to come here dreaming what we would do and pick out for our house and what projects we could do. Now that we have our home we are here even more frequently realizing one project at a time. The store is always neat and inspiring. So far all the items we were looking for were in stock where we expected to find them. The employees are friendly and help you find the right tools and items.

The store was remodeled. New counters at the front. I went in there looking for gardening gloves. The associate at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I love Home Depot and each experience the staff is very helpful. They stop whatever they are doing to assist me in whatever I am looking for.

The store is always well stocked, the woman in the paint department in the mornings weekdays( gosh i forget her name) is a wonderful wealth of knowledge when it comes to painting. No trip to the store is complete without checking out in MaryAnn's lane at the contractor's entrance. If you happen to need a return just visit Marilyn or Lindsey and they will ensure a speedy transaction. I visit this store sometimes 3-5 times a week sometimes only 1. Its great to see familiar friendly faces.

We spent more money with three separate purchases in three different departments because an associate helped us through all three including assistance in processing the credit card payment process by working with another all star in customer service. He cared. She cared. We spent more money. Impressive team in our local store.
