Best people in this store!!! Always friendly and asking if you need help

Store was fine, just the encounter with one of the employees made me not want to order from there again.

This store in particular is above and beyond all other home improvement stores including other Home Depots. They're attitude is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile for your business. I'm very pleased with this store !! Their inventory was stocked.

I’ve ordered a Refrigerator it only did it get delivered late but 3 weeks late is a little too much. To have them call you to say they are on their way to you with your delivery to never showing up is very upsetting. This was done on the 2nd delivery attempt. To reschedule for another try to say it never was put on the truck. For them to say they are backed up there is nothing they can do. Then again yet another reschedule. We waited a little over 3 weeks for our Major appliance. There was no consideration or compensation on how much we spent on take out, supermarket trips everyday and putting us at risk having to go out all the time with covid. $200 is a slap in the face with the unprofessionalism that was provided to us during delivery. Sorry this is all i can do was what the sales rep told us. Not one manager approached us on how better to compensate us. Can you try living without a refrigerator for a little over 3 weeks and think $200 was a compensation ? It is really a slap in the face.!

I have been a customer of this store for as long as it has been in Deptford and also frequent the Mantua store, although it is a smaller store and often has fewer items available. I live closer to another home improvement center but generally only go there or generic items because of the limited product selection.

Cashier's are helpful but difficult to find help in each Dept. Overall clean and organized

The products were easy to find as the store was neat and products were in their proper place. The store associates were patient and friendly as I had a lot of questions. They went above and beyond and were extremely helpful.

This Home Depot in Deptford, NJ is my go to home improvement store. I can always find what I need & if I can’t, store employees are always willing to help. The store is always clean & bathrooms also.

Everyone there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I won’t go to any other store. A special shoutout to the girls in flooring, Maria and Bernadette. They were especially helpful with the tile, carpet and luxury vinyl we purchased! Also, Aleya, the cashier who’s got everything you want in an employee. Smart and knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly!!!!

Wonderful customer service by a woman named Lynn who works in the paint department. Lynn did not stop looking until she found the product I needed. I feel she went above & beyond good customer service.

This particular HomeDepot has extremely good employees. They are visible to us customers & are so very knowledgeable & helpful in answer questions. I prefer this store compared to others.

Experience was great shopping at this location. Knowledgeable staff. Purchased two new appliances and am looking forward to receiving them. Highly recommended.

Cashier Taylor's tone of voice is always aggressive, very unfriendly, failed to offer help even when asked directly.

Front end people were courteous and friendly, one not wearing mask properly we used self checkout. Lumber area was almost at 100% non compliance of proper face coverings!

Great visit on July 20/20. Got all I needed. Plus great help on the floor. I wrote a very positive review before, but it was rejected. So this is all I'm saying now.

The associate near checkout needs to learn how to address customers in the store properly.

The gentleman at the Deptford Home Depot was very helpful and knowledgeable about lawn mowers, gas blower and vacuums. They didn't have the gas blower and vacuum my husband wanted in stock at Deptford so the employee looked up what Home Depot closest to us had it in stock. Thank you!

Employees in the garden center are so helpful and friendly!

During this covid outbreak, going inside a store is very scary. I appreciate the steps Home Depot #0929 in Depford NJ took to help me feel better about entering and shopping their store. Staff went out of their way to help me get in, get what i needed, and get out quickly. And, having access to the clean restroom gave me an extra opportunity to wash my hands during my visit.

They always have someone to help. And restrooms are clean

Home Depot is definitely my go-to store! Employees are always helpful, and I feel very at home there.

Lack of live cashiers. They need to hire people. They have too many self check out kiosks. If you expect people to self check out you should offer a discount for doing an employees job. I'd prefer a live cashier.

This is by far the best home depot store. Always well stocked and products good quality. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer any questions I may have with patience. Every experience has been a good one. Deptford store #0929 rocks!

I needed help with some Winter hardy plant choices. The cashier, Brenda, in Gardening was very helpful and pleasant going out of her way to look up plant info not included on the plants I chose.
