The staff tries very hard to accommodate the consumer. They are helpful, friendly, and courteous which is why I keep going back.

Someone is doing something RIGHT! Recently, the staff seem to care! They are professional, helpful, and sincere. They don't always know the answer, nor are really familiar with the products...BUT, they don't fake it! They will say, I don't know, or I'm not sure, and then they will stay with you, and do their best to find the right answer, or the solution!

Home Depot in Deerfield is a wonderful Home Depot store. The customer service employees go the extra mile to help and be sure that your request is heard and acted upon. It is no wonder that this store is always busy! The location is excellent and is surpassed only by the service and kindness of employees. They have great products for the garden! These items are priced well and look great! The selection is excellent too!

My office is just around the corner so I come here very often for supplies for my company. The cashier Latonya and Marsha were extremely helpful! Thank you so much! Truly great service.

Todays visit was awsome. I just came from brandsmart,looking for a WASHER, no help there. Tiffany in the appliance department was a GREAT help! Tiffany was straight up, easy to talk to. Helped me through check out, explaining what I was buying and the accessories needed. THANKS GIRLIE

Customer service is consistently supreme over other Home Depots. Marsha in particular on my last visit was friendly and knowledgeable on my returns. I have been shopping here it seems like for over 30 years.

This store is not as clean and organised as other Home Depot store, and parking is very dificult at times. The employees are very good. It is till a good store in a pinch.

The Employees, especially Genna a Cashier at the Customer Service / Returns Desk is Very Helpful, Knowledgeable, Professional and Kind in helping you with your Customer Service needs and Requirements. This particular Home Depot is much like a smaller neighborhood Hardware / Lawn and Garden Center Store with very friendly and helpful employees like Genna, who will go out of their way to assist you with your house and garden needs!!!

Krystal At customer service desk helped answer questions on the phone before I drove there. There was a young lady in Customer Service at the Deerfield store off of Hillsboro Blvd that was so helpful. When the department employee was busy with another customer, Krystal wrote down my phone number & name and then got the answers I needed and called me back. I was impressed. She is an asset to your store & I wish more THD employees took their job seriously to help customers. I was able on my last trip to THD to meet her & thank her in person.

The store is clean and well stocked. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to assist you and get you the best deal. I special ordered bathroom vanities to match the remainder of my house and the design professional was exceptional.

This place is old and it's a mess! The associates are dismissive and no help at all. You need to take bread crumbs to leave a trail so you can find your way out because it's like a maze.
