If you’re looking for some lumber at the store, you definitely have to look for Alejandro! He is extremely pleasant, willing and knowledgeable. He will do whatever he can to make your experience successful. Unfortunately, this is not a common occurrence at Home Depot. It was a very good experience.

This Home Depot in Deerfield Beach, FL (like the others) are WELL run! GREAT training. People CARE about you and they have a LOT LOT LOT of products. You are never treated as a number. But a valued customer. Mark

I had a great experience while checking out. The cashier Steve was so happy and bubbly and full of great energy which we don’t normally experience often in this cranky world. He was a breath of fresh air and he started my morning off great.

Working in retail gives me patience. There were people there before me waiting longer. Thankfully, Shaneka came from cashiering to the paint department to help. She learned on the spot how to mix paint.

Service excellent service.

If you have a problem and need help in electrical…. a kind gentleman named Nicholas is incredibly helpful. We were there to buy security doorbells and it isn’t easy. So he took the time to walk us to the front of the store so we could select & purchase the correct product. Nicholas is a phenomenal help and understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service.

Nell from the fridge section was very helpful and nice when finding and helping us purchase a fridge.

I need to go to that location store in a short period of time and both times I had not luck with the employees. They showed no interest in helping me or any other customer. Very disappointed.

I was looking for a Husky rolling toolbox that was on sale on Black Friday. I knew that I would need assistance and I found the most amazing sales person. He quickly located the large toolbox up on a top shelf, went outside to secure a flat bed cart and then a ladder to get it down. He did all of this within 15 minutes and had it at the register for me. He helped me get it outside and then waited for me to pull my car up and, along with another employee, put it in my car. His name is Scott G and his customer services skills were so appreciated by me. I wish other retail stores had employees with such great customer service skills. Thank you, Scott.

I embarked upon a project to build an fireplace frame for an insert. I worked with 2 employees that were great: Burt and Gene. They had answers and solutions to all of my questions and were extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Need to buy a door shield . There weren’t any in my Home Deposit store so I ordered it online & the home deli representative was helpful kind & patient. Thank you! for all your help so I can be xtra safe at home 😉

Ali in the Appliance Department was great! He worked with me for quite a while to determine the best appliance package for our Orlando project. Very knowledgeable and very patient!

NELL WAS SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT.

"Nell" graciously accepted my frustration at having to return an item that apparently was an 'open-box' when I'd purchased it, and was missing a part. I got all of the way Home after purchase and could not utilize the tool due to a missing part. Nell was very nice and calming.

Aurora helped me get my water filter when she noticed that I ws disabled. Kash went and got the filter and came back with a smile stating no problem. The Mgr Beth wanted to make sure that I was good. I’m so impressed that I had to do this review. Home Depot has stepped up their game with customer service.

As I stated before. I was originally working with Tonya, who was just helping out there. She moved to another position. Then I worked with Jennifer Kopicki with the kitchen design team online. She made the experience very pleasurable and was able to help me from beginning to end. Mark at the Hillsboro location is also very helpful.
