I had a great customer service experience right when I walked in to the department I needed to get my items! Everyone was on the sales floor and multiple people asked if I needed any help, and went out of their way to help me find a special item for Father's day! I wish other retailers had customer service like this!

The manager was very unpleasant in explaining why she refused to refund an item.

Very friendly and courteous staff that goes out of their way to help a customer. I was very surprised as an out of town customer comparing to my local Home Depot store, this store was exceptionally clean, well stocked and their customer service was stellar! From an employee (Steve) greeting us in the parking lot to offer assistance and bring out a scooter for an elderly person with a walker, to the reception at the desk (Jhodi) to expedite the transaction. Thank you!

Organized, well run, great employees...love it! I went to the garden store and the cashier was very careful to bag my plants so I would not get dirt in my car. In the paint store I bought blue tape and other items. I was looking for a texture paint and the clerk in the paint department took time to give me advice...it really helped. Finally I had to return a hose, I bought it took it out of the packaging and used it! I did not like the hose so I let it dry for a day, rolled it up and brought it back with a receipt. The man who helped me was so helpful and so friendly. Returning an item (in good condition of course) should be as easy as a purchase and it was a good experience. I have been shopping at Home Depot for years and every year Home Depot has gotten better...thanks Home Depot! You save me a lot of money when I can get the task done myself.

Great store, friendly associates, wish the store had everything I needed to wvoid going to a different store. But other than that this store is like my second home.

Keren at the cashier was very helpful in helping me save money but suggesting I get a Home Depo credit card.

I live closer to the Pompano Beach location, but prefer this location. It seems better organized with more knowledgeable employees and better service. Most employees here are friendlier, also. However, the building material area of both locations are geared toward knowledgeable professionals with little to no help for homeowners.

Price was wrong and had to go to returns to get it fixed. Poor customer service.

Store is a little smaller than the normal HD stores but the service is great and thy seem to have everything is stock and the associates are very helpful

Very friendly staff, I got what I needed very quickly thanks to the friendly staff. Cashier Carlos helped me find what I needed it was late they were about to close and he took the time to help me find what I needed and checked me out very quick and very attentive. I will definitely shop her frequently.
