I love you guys good employees.

Customer service on Sunday 6/28/20 was horrible. You need to check your staff on how they deal with customers.

This store is very unorganized and the employees are rude.

DO NOT EXPECT FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES OR THAT CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS.

I was disappointed that the wearing of masks at this dangerous time was not being enforced, and I had to go into the store for my pick up order which took about 1/2 an hours to get and then I was shorted one bag of topsoil out of 10.

Close to home, kind professional courteous, knowledgeable staff, many products for all your home and garden improvements. easy to find items, store aisles are clean, properly labeled, Amidst COVID-19 the store is designed to help with social distancing and ensure employee and customer safety . Sanitizer is provided when customers walk in for hands and carts. staff is always helpful and willing to assist. As a longtime customer, Home Depot has what the customers need, the prices are competitive and affordable,plenty of promotions and discounts. The store location provides convenience, plenty of shopping carts clean and easy to find, lot of parking. I am a happy satisfied customer.

Until the store change how many are allowed in (50 or less), make customers wear facial covering, close down the returns, and get more help even if this mean the store manager getting his hands dirty, I will wait to shop there again or until Covid ends.

The Home Depot Store in Dearborn Heights always provides the best customer service. I go there for work and home items, and I always get greeted with a smile, all of my questions are always answered right away, and I never wait any long period of time. The best Home Depot store out there!

Bill from the Tool Rental Department was professional, friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated him taking the time to ensure that I left the Dearborn Heights Home Depot a satisfied customer. Dede was awesome, too!!!

More friendly service people to help

The help I received from a particular employee (Barb in Returns) was nothing less than amazing! There were many employees walking around helping others in the store and it was a very clean environment, considering it has so much in the way of building materials.

I bought an Anderson door from Home Depot and when the installer came and showed me how to take out the window on this model, I told him it would be very hard for me to do that. He told me about 2 other models that would be easier for me to use. I called Anderson and they basically told me they wouldn't do anything for me. I spoke with Sue Spence at the Home Depot Dearborn store and she told me they would be very happy to change out the door for one I wanted and all I would have to pay was the difference in the price. They also agreed to waive the install fee. I was extraordinarily happy with them. Sue was a joy to work with and made sure by her actions that I would return when I needed any other big items.

Always in and out in a timely manner, with no issues.
