Nice workers, if you need help someone is always right there if not busy doing other things, usually always stocked or getting ready to put things on shelves compared to other stores.

They helped find out what I really needed

Since covid, HD obviously had issues getting employees with knowledge or at least good customer service skills, but over the past 3 months I have had nothing but great experiences at the DH Home Depot. Polite and helpful employees with smiles on their faces. Good job on hiring quality people that have integrity and pride in their work.

The Dearborn Heights store has very good Representives. They are very helpful, kind and professional. The store is always clean.

I ordered My new Kitchen from Homedepot. The designer Jaynie was very helpful is designing the kitchen. she did an excellent job helping us to pick the right design.

The Paint department employees are vey knowledgdeable

I asked for directions when I entered the store and the young man behind the counter assisted me and had such a pleasant attitude. Unfortunately I did not get his name. However, the cashier that helped me during checkout was also very friendly and answered my question right away. Her name was Regina. The staff exhibited excellent customer service! Way to go!

Service was great. The person who made Our keys jumped right in and took care of us. Overall visit was good. Plastic storage shelving we were looking for was not in stock, which was the other reason for our visit, but overall this was still a good trip.

Besides the box missing most of the parts for installation (wax ring, tank gasket, plastic bolt caps, etc), this is a good toilet. Home Depot customer service was clueless and unhelpful, told us to return it and try another one that may have everything it was supposed to come with. American Standard customer service was on top of it and we had the parts we needed in 3 days.

Yes I would recommend if you are shopping for a new kitchen and looking into help with design, see Neil R. Very compassionate about helping the customers and their needs. Very nice and hospitable. Even though he mostly does kitchen designs, he helped us with a situation about an appliance and got our new one ordered. He asked for help from appliance knowledge employees if he was unsure about a question we had. Thank you. Would have gave a 5 star but the store is not well organized and seems dirty. Needs a good dusting and cleaning. Seems like the store needs more organization!

This is my favorite location. They go above and beyond to help you. I literally have personal favorites in this store.

This store carries a wide selection and stockage of most items needed for maintaining your home, yard, and garage, which is why I shop there. Prices are reasonable and checkout is usually easy. But you have to be overly assertive and travel through many aisles to get the attention of knowledgeable and helpful employees. They don't have to know the precise location of every stocked item, but it helps if they make the effort to assist you in finding what you need and not race past you when you begin to ask a question. I got lucky and found two employees who were in departments many aisles away who helped me find a needed item that was not stocked in the most logical grouping of home repair items. This is a good place to shop as long as you can track down an employee who likes his job or is at least interested in learning it.

It's Home Depot, they've been helping people for so many years to find what they need for repairs around the home, auto, commercial repairs..etc. There's really no need to go anywhere else, unless it's a specialized product that's needed. Helping the customer is what matters to them, it's always been apparent to me. The one in west Dearborn is where I shop, and as always, very helpful.

The staff was very helpful. The cashier was very good , helpful and friendly. My cashiers name was Michelle . She was fast and efficient worker.

The store is equipped with great items. they have nice employees, I wish the other consumers that visit the store could be more respectful.

I shop here frequently. And for the most part they have most of the items I need. Due to the pandemic going on at this present time, it's now April 2021 they tend to be out of fencing materials and the materials that they do have, the price has risen dramatically from last year's prices. Also they need to have small seating like little stools or something in each aisle for older Shoppers who need to sit down frequently. Having seats will not cut into your sales, in fact, I think it increase your sales as older Shoppers will know that if they start shopping they can take a break from standing and sit down occasionally before continuing.
