Bought item in store to be shipped to my house.Paid in full it's been two months have not received anything I ordered.Nothing is here yet.went to the store to complain about my order.got very little help.still waiting and don't know when my order is arriving.

This Home Depot store exceeded my expectations. Laurel, the employee in the pain department, went above & beyond to help me with my first paint project. She answered all my questions and even gave me advice. Andre in the window department also went out of his way to find basement windows that are hard to order. This store is clean & well maintained, so impressed with their service.

Friendly greeting from service counter staff upon entering the store. Store was very clean and practing social distancing and everyone wearing a mask. Products on shelves clean too with a good selection to purchase. Cashier at check out very friendly and accommodating.

I love shopping at this store. It is well stocked, and its workers are friendly, courteous, and professional. They willingly help you to solve any problem that you ask them to assist you with. Overall, I would rate this a 5 star store.

You have an assistant manager TIM. He goes out of his way to help. He could be at the very side of the store and when asked for him, he is there right away to assist. He always has a smile, pleasant and most helpful. he is an asset to the company.

MY Home Depot is the BEST Home Depot. Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. I have yet to have a bad experience here. I can't say they always have what I'm looking for - what store/place does - but 95% of the time they have what I'm looking for 100% of the time.

I just had the best experience I've had in a while at check out the teller named Joanne was excellent and you could see her smile right through her mask I'll be back.

The store as a Whole is not as solid as your Store in Madison Heights,MI, but MARK in Electrical stands out. He's courteous to Customers and extremely knowledgeable/helpful we 'Handy Men' appreciate. If he weren't there, I'd more than likely patronize Furguson for my work supplies. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

Store #2710 on Michigan Ave. in Dearborn Heights MI is my favorite store to shop at. Everyone there always treats everyone with courtesy and respect. The store associates know their areas well. I always have a good experience when I am there.

Lack friendly associates Every one is busy or helping a customer. Ya covid mask thing is a joke at this store even the at home service rep was sloppy and slowly slid his mask down along with the customer that was next to him Blabbermouth him without a mask on at all down to his chin

I was able to find what I needed at a reasonable price and had many selections to choose from. The associates were helpful in showing me where certain merchandise could be found, and one even accompanied me to the correct aisle. Probably the store could have been cleaner, but it was bearable; I could tell they were in process making some changes and moves in merchandise.

Needed to purchase custom windows, absolutely no help available.. Out of brand name products in bath area. Even though I love the Home Depot app, and find things to purchase readily, it has been months since I have had an employee ask me “if they can help me find something”. The management needs to be replaced at this store and the employees need serious retraining. Obviously they are now hiring people that have no outside experience.

Worst customer service.... why can’t I go to a Home Depot in Michigan and find nice employees? Some are nice and friendly and want to help. But my experience in Michigan has always been like that. I really like how I was treated as a customer in Seattle, Wa area.
