My husband and I prefer to shop at this location even though there are 2 other stores closer to our home. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The store is clean and organized and the staff is available to direct us and answer our questions.

Store 2623 I wouldn't recommend to anyone because store manager doesn't care about customers at all.

Hit and miss with customer service. I either have someone who is inconvenienced or has a deer in the headlights look when I need help or I get someone with exceptional customer service and the ability to help, or find someone who can.

Don't hold your breath for service.

The line moved swiftly. Everyone was most helpful. I got my item and completed spring clean up and lawn prep. Thank you.

Amid the challenges of covid 19 Debra, my sales cashier was very friendly and polite. The store was clean and mostly neat.

The Danvers, Ma Home Depot was a great shopping experience!! Peter helped me select a new power drill even though I went in trying to get a new battery for my old drill. He convinced me that buying a whole new drill.. the Ryobi One 18v compact drill, was a better drill and less $ than replacing the battery on my old drill. Thank you Peter!! I love my new drill....

Great clean store with friendly employees- make sure you see Kenneth the cashier/ employee very helpful and great sense of humor- love this location- not too busy and seems like they have better stock than other stores.

I had excellent customer service and found what I was login for very quickly. Nice clean store.

This store always has what I need. Very knowledgeable staff. Consistently has great deals on items I find a use for. Well marked aisles make it easy to find what I am looking for.

I had a ceiling fan to return without receipt. The associate acknowledged it was Home Depot but no longer in the system. Poor excuse! It was never opened. I was quickly dismissed. They would not take it back even at a reduced price. Terrible service.

The Danvers Store is always clean and the staff is extremley knowledgeable and helpful. We have been shopping here for years and have never had a problem. We have bought many appliances and a new roof and our daughter has had her house sided at Home Depot. Can't say enough about how pleasant it is to be able to ask a sales rep and get as much assistance as needed. Thanks to the whole crew and checkout service is excellent also. We have taken the time to speak with the store manager to thank him also.
