Great store will be back.

I already shared my thoughts about this store in the survey. Why are you asking me again? The only positives of this store are Sarah H at check out and the location is convenient on my way to current project. Inventory is limited, store layout is confusing when compared to other area Home Depots and staff in the aisles are unfriendly, mostly unhelpful and at time ignored me while I was waiting to have keys made. No one asked to help me, I had to seek them out.

The most helpful associates. Very dedicated and devoted to help customers. Their patience is unrivaled. There is an associate at every corner; no need to search around and around. In addition, they are well informed about the products in their departments.

The staff is friendly and someone is always available to answer any questions.

The stores employees are always very help full. I've been doing business here for the last 15 years and they have had a lot of employees that have been working at this store for years. Always courteous and friendly.

Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Able to quickly direct me to the item I wanted.

The customer service is excellent here - the vast majority of the staff here are really friendly and knowledgable and that separates this location from some of the others. The product selection is good too and you can always find what you need!

Rude indifferent and completely useless employees who watch you struggle lifting 40 lb sacks of salt while they chatter with each other and look at their phones. None of them know where any of the products are. I asked four people and got four different answers. What a crappy store. Need a new manager!

This particular Home Depot is the best. The service is awesome. People are so friendly. After getting what I need ( with help), I make my way too the register and get more help. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS HOME DEPOT.

Person who helped me was named Linda. She went out of her way to help me and to get answers to all my questions about this product. She was very pleasant.

This is a great location. I find the staff to always be helpful, knowledgeable, hard working and very friendly. I have never run into any issues or concerns shopping here. It is my go to store for household needs and projects. It is always a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this store.

STORE #2663 IS A WELL RUN, CLEAN STORE. ALTHOUGH THEY SERVICE MAINLY CONTRACTORS, THEY MAINTAIN A VERY HIGH QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE . THE MERCHANDISE IS CLEAN AND EASY TO FIND.
