Had a easy experience, in and out without any problems.

If you're looking for new appliances then Tom is the person to speak to. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk too and listens to you. I felt his customer service was above and beyond.

Poor customer service. Plenty of help, yet no one bothers to aknowledge you or respond to your needs.

This is hands down my favorite Home Depot to shop at. The staff is very friendly and are eager to lend a hand if needed. The shelves are always well stocked and the store is always clean.

We purchased 3 appliances. Great prices and helpful, knowledgeable staff!

Store I would have to say 3.5. The 5 Stars is for Tom in appliances, saved this location a sale today and guaranteed future purchases on appliances. If you’re unsure about anything Tom will make sure you are comfortable with any decision you make. Most pleasant service ever had here, anywhere at that. Thank you Tom

I really enjoy shopping at the The Home Depot store in Danvers 2663. It's a great store to shop at and I always find what I'm looking for. The employees are always friendly & knowledgeable and I'm always greeted with a smile and ask if there is anything they can help me with. And Pat the cashier was very nice to me as I purchased my items on the way out. Satisfied customer here!

I went in for a toilet and faucets and I had overwhelming help from 3 associates and 2 others in getting the stuff into my car. Telling everyone all abt it!

I have gone in Home Depot only once when no staff was available for questions. Recently I have noticed the staff has doubled, which makes our shopping experience much more productive

Purchased flooring and rugs Bill helped us out so it was super easy and fast.

I bought these broducts almost every month for a few months. they worked great and were inexpensive

I went into the store looking for stain and the employee who helped me had answers to all my questions. The color I wanted was not on the shelf, so he checked the website for me which said there was one can available. He then checked all the cans on the shelves to see if it was in the wrong bin on the shelf, but couldn’t find one. I left without the stain but felt like I was a valued customer!

Bruno and Cameron in the garden section went above and beyond with helping me with questions I had, thank you.

This was one of the cleanest and most organized Home Depot’s I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot! The staff was very helpful and friendly, they are pretty stocked with everything you need. This is going to be my main store for all my home needs!

We took our 13 year old twins to home depot to buy some supplies for a home project. We were greeted within 1 minute of walking in. Someone helped us find the specific light bulb we needed, then interacted with our twins by asking them about back to school. At check out, Ken had my kids use the scanner gun, which was a lot of fun for them!

Best store helped cut the wood perfectly and helped me get all my pieces out of one not buying multiple pieces

We often go to Home Depot for home products and this store always has what we are looking for.

On a recent trip, an employee offered to help me find the locations of nearly a dozen different items. It made my trip sooooo much faster than it would have been if she had not offered to help me. Great job Home Depot!

The other Danvers Home Depot on Independence Dr. are rude, and nasty. I never go to that one. This store the Employees are very nice and helpful and seem to be always around to help and order items and also help me to the car when necessary.
