I specifically want to thank the awesomesauce Sales Cashier Belinda!! I didnt realize her and my,mother share the same name and almost went back in to tell her lol I didnt realize until i took the survey in my car haha. Anywhoooo....She was friendly, kind, and funny! We had a little laugh and she just made me feel like I was part of her family and actually surprisingly helped my headache go away HAHA She made me laugh and was just super helpful, quick and i Was in and out in no time. The line wasnt long at all and I enjoyed our short conversation even if it was a small one lol Happy New Years guys XD

Most products were easily found. If not, the employees were informed on where to find the items. The store was clean and products were in their place, not setting in the aisles. The employees were especially knowledgeable and efficient. Toots

My customer service was amazing by the assistant manger Adam and three of young guys that help my husband upload the heavy tool box

The store employees are great as well as very knowledgeable about products and their locations. Plus this store is the closest to my home, thus very convenient.

i like this Cypress store a lot better than the one in Artesia , even the other store is closer. This cypress store is less clutter and more organized. and the rest room is always clean.

If you need help in this store, speak to or ask for Chris in Hardware! He's resourceful and willing to go the extra mile by leaving his department to get you an answer. As a result, I drove the extra mile to visit this store. I couldn't buy him a cup of coffee to say thank you! So I am writing to acknowledge how much I appreciate his work ethic.

I just came today and when i was entering the store i saw an emp maybe coming in from break or lunch not sure but I said sir will you help me he said of course and followed me very patient and kind. Wish every emp was like him. His name is Cesar Villalobos when he was done I told him I need to tw your manager I guess the manager was busy but I told him you did an excellent job I just wanted your manager to know I said give me your full name and what can I do the emp next to him said maam you can go on line under your receipt I was very happy to acknowledge emps who work hard

The employees in all departments have been knowledgeable and helpful. Check out is quick and the store is usually well stocked with things we need.

Pls put a foot tray or foot mat with industrial sterilizing cleaning liquid , and a sterilizing machine or even a mist or smoke that sterilizes the whole body upon entry. All home depot stores should have that

Please Focus your energy towards Jessica..I personally doesn't know her but after my interaction with her, I got a good glimpses of who she is. Her biggest admiration is the kindness of her heart, Jessica truly cares for her costumers and takes her time to help out at the best of her ability. Kindness is free and doesn't take much for anyone to give too, but yet a lot of people struggle doing so. I just want to thank her so much for showing her kindness in these heavy times. She personally made my morning and started my day with a positive energy. Wishing her the best in her success.

The staff was very helpful in locating the shed I needed and the woman at checkout gave me information that would allow me to have $50 or more taken from the total of my purchase.

Cypress Home Depot is always well stocked and they have the most helpful employees!

Horrible customer service, staff who could care less, and long lines to pay. Simply not worth it!

Friendly and professional employees thru out the store like the one in the paint department Angle who go out of his way to find the right answer to the product you are looking for.

We've shopped at this Home Depot for several years and have never had a bad experience. In fact, we've bought large appliances, flooring, back splash tiles, paint, etc. And it's all been great!!

I don't shop at Home Depot often but when I do, I usually need three different items. An employee by the name of Lily helped me out. She was very friendly and made my trip and experience to Home Depot great.
