I noticed that all the Cypress Home Depot employees were working together and were friendly to each other. It shows good teamwork and that it is a fun place to work. The assistants were quite helpful over the phone and in person. The assistant in the Plumbing Department even called me back when I lost the connection from the Signal Hill Home Depot. I was not able to get his name. But, I thought that was simply SUPER that he called me to continue discussing the details of the part I needed and to reserve it for me!

The store is clean and good organized to find products.

I was looking for a butcher block countertop and couldn’t find it anywhere. I asked two gentlemen in lumber but they weren’t too sure they’ve seen it in their area. They walked me over to hardware and helped me locate an associate (Sean) for further assistance. Unfortunately, Sean wasn’t too sure where the countertop would be either. That’s where Larry comes in! He walked me all through hardware trying to locate it for me. After a few minutes, we ran into Helen and another associate (I didn’t catch her name!). They helped go through the store database and was able to locate it for me. Rachel and Miles helped to retrieve the countertop and off we went! Thank you to everyone who helped us out today!

If you can find a store employee, they have no idea of what and where inventory is located. You are on your own here. Employees should be forced to learn location of inventory.

Everytime I come here it's an enjoyable trip. The employees are so helpful and friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful.

This is the friendliest store around. I had a wonderful experience with the appliance department with a very knowledgeable employee Boby Le. If you need an appliance . . . . Ask for him!

Garden center was terrific was able to find everything in stock thanks for the cashier greeting Sarah and also for thanking us for the Army service with a discount ...whoo hoo!!!

Carlos in Bathroom and Plumbing is a great help, and always goes out of his way to help me a notice DYI guy. Spending thousands of dollars at the Cypress Home Depot. Carlos always answers my questions and provides suggestions on how to solve, and fix a bathroom and plumbing problem. Carlos always goes out of his way. Pete in plumbing is always helpful and goes out of his way as well. I really value the older generation at Home Depot. They truly bring back memories of hard work and respect the customer. Sometimes lost in the younger generation. I do see improvement with the younger employees. Great cashiers and always helpful. Nice job Home Depot. My visit was on 4/22/2021, and I spent $192.87

Been going to this location for 20 yrs, an never had a issue . Customer service is far better then other locations I have been to. Polite an courteous. Thank u for giving that to me all these yrs. God bless u Home Depot.

I saw Angel at the self-checkout stoop down to pick up a wad of cash accidentally dropped by another patron. Angel immediately picked it up and cheerfully asked the man "Sir, did you drop this?" as she held out the cash. The man was embarrassed as he thanked Angel. Next, Angel helped me with my purchase as i requested the veteran discount. Kuddos to Angel!

Very poor customer service in this store. If you see something in stock on line for this store do not expect to find it and have a Plan B when you shop at Cypress, CA Home Depot.

The good. Most of the Home Depot employees old and young are great at the Cypress location. Today 4/10/2021, 8:48am. I went into Home Depot to buy some wall patch to fill a hole around electrical cover. Older Male, baseball hat, glasses, blue jeans, stated the product I needed was in the Paint Department. He walked me over and said it looks like the product was out of stock. He walked me over to the Paint Dept, and the two young workers who were talking, talking personal things and not working, said the wall patch is in stock to the older HD employee from another department. They did nothing to fill the empty three rows on the upper shelf. The older male said the product can be found in Stanton, Anaheim, and Lakewood. It did not look like the young gal and short stocky guy with baseball hat in Paint wanted to work today, Sunday 4/11. I ended up buying some different wall patch to try, but will return if does not work. I have been to this Home Depot before and the short, baseball cap wearing Hispanic kid was not very helpful. I had a gallon of paint I had in the mixer and asked him if it was done and he looked at me annoyed I asked the question, and said "I have no idea!" Another young tall kid, said I will check sir, and it was done and handed me my gallon of paint. The young African American gal in Paint never greets and asks customers for help. Always pre-occupied with her phone or talking with co-workers about the latest gossip. The older Hispanic gray hair male in Paint, always helpful to me, and provides suggestions when asked. Most of the young people at Cypress Home Depot are great, but its unfortunate the two young people in Paint ruin the shopping experience for me...! Cashiers are always nice and courteous! Home Depot Manager very nice and courteous!

Manager Javier is great, understands how to treat customers. Jamie and Jasmine in the returns department know how to fix problems and create return customers. Well done!

This store was great! Assistant manager Javier gave us a discount as we were buying supplies for 2 different Eagle Scout Projects to benefit local charities. We had help from a lovely lady in the paint department, but I didn’t write down her name. She suggested an appropriate paint for our project. Then at every aisle we needed something from, someone was nearby to help us reach things, etc. Finally, we needed the wood cut and Christopher C did a great job and was very patient while my sons explained what they needed, then he didn’t even charge us for the cuts! At checkout, Lily was very helpful in ringing up our transactions separately per project and calling someone to input the discounts. This location is very well managed and we will do as much of our shopping here as we can. They really care about the community!

I've consistently received great customer service at this location! The staff is friendly and attentive. Our cashier, Mitchell, was exceptionally friendly and proactive during our last visit!
