The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. I always try to come here even though I other stores closer

I needed three items and all three were either not in stock or were not packed down. Store was cluttered and aisles were unshoppable

This store is well stocked and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I live closer to Cerritos store but choose to shop at the Cypress store.

The advertised price of mycactus, palm, and citrus mix was $8.97, however the price I paid was $9.97

I go out of my way to get in the line Grace is working. She is always on her game, making me feel welcome to this store. She is truly an asset to the Cypress Home Depot.

I tried ordering plywood online, couldn't. I tried ordering by phone, couldn't. Ordered in person and waited an hour before asking about what and when I was going to get help. Nobody in lumber answered the call from a cashier, store manager did not answer the call from the cashier. The initial cashier expected me to load 26 sheets of 3/4 plywood by myself. There was only 13 and ground level. Overall it took an hour and a half to complete getting my order after purchasing. No formal apology, or common sense. Worst experience I've had at home depot so far.

Cashier, 'Lara' trying to be nice, but very poor at her position in the garden center. Wouldn't give me my $5.00 credit if I spent $50, never asked for price check on item she was overcharging me, and never offered to give me help loading many heavy bags of concrete and stone into my vehicle for all the delay she caused me at check out.

Mary & Kaitlyn were both very helpful with my purchase. Mary even offered help me load my item into the car. They both went above & beyond to get me a great deal & help me get it home.

I had Chino, who was working in the self-checkout area and an assistant manager Jeremy (thanks to Chino), help me out. Because of these two gentlemen, I found an item that was listed on their app but not stocked and another item that was not even listed. That saved me a lot of time. I thank them both for their efforts.

The employees won't help you if they are not assigned to the department you are shopping in.

Friendly, people actually ask you if you need help, instead of trying to hunt someone down. That is a huge win!

Was told that cashiers are unable to offer 10% discount to veterans despite signs throughout the store. Disappointing.

I dislike all the product stored in the main aisles. It makes it difficult to get through. The stocking equipment should not be there during business hours, the aisles are so narrow the equipment barricades the aisles making egress almost impossible. It's a hazard to employees and customers

I visit a lot of Home Depot's in orange county. Normally, it's straightforward customer service..but when I came to Cypress location, they are respectful and helpful. They are laughing together and seem like a close family of co workers. I enjoyed my experience here.

Loved this Home Depot location because it has an amazing and robust product selection, great prices, and looks impeccable inside.

I have been to many many many Home Depot's over the years. Whoever is running this store in Cypress off Lincoln ave is doing the absolute best job I have ever seen or experienced
