I always visit this store no matter if I have another one closer. I want to recognize Cynthia, Rodney, Ronaldo, Miguel and all the team who always do extra to help me in all my projects, to be sure I dont forgot anything.

Pro desk and curbside pickup are the best at customer service. From John and manny to Tameeka they all helped me with my pickup plus they helped me get a quote for a big project I have coming up and overall excellent service at this store.

I just want to give a shout out to Steve Friedman in the custom kitchen department. He was so patient and helpful as we designed my new kitchen. He is a great representative for the company.

Please do not check out with Bibi, Shanine, or Louis! Linda is the best cashier there. I checked out with her at 6:30am on 8/25/2020 and she was so helpful. I bought 6 door handles for my house and I forgot one and came back again. I attempted to check out with one of the three cashiers just standing there. Bibi rudely pushed me to the side and claimed that she was helping someone. Then, Louis and Shanine were laughing at something on their smartphones, and I had to say over and over, "Can I pay, can I pay"! Then, they were scrambling to log in to their registers, but it was too late. It was already 7am and I had to be at work by 7:30AM. I just ran over to Linda, again, and checked out with her. She even tried to find the store manager for me, but she was no where to be found. Hence, the reason for this review and the reason why I completed the survey, which I typically NEVER do, but in this case, I made time for it.

The gentleman named David in the paint dept is the go to man Vey nice, very knowledge and I do mean knowledge went out of his way and then some, I am still amazed what a pleasure in these hard times. I addition I must add every employee that day spoke to me and helped me with a smile highly impressed. I never write reviews but this store deserves it. And David is at the top of the list, great job home depot

Store was well stocked

I was at the coral Springs store on Friday Aug 14 around 1 PM to buy my 6th and final gallon of paint. This gal was at the counter chatting with a customer. After waiting for few minutes, I decided to make some noise to interrupt the little talk and get her attention. Naturally, she gets irritated. Then came the thing of taking thru plexiglass panels. . . and she gets even worse; to the point that she walked away, refusing to give me service. Before leaving the store I passed by painting Dept. in an effort to capture her name on the uniform: no luck!  At that moment she was complaining to the other employee about customers like me. I'm having difficulties understanding Home depot's hiring process. How is it possible that with prices so high the store can't afford competent employees? Let's remember famous failures in the retail arena: jcpenny, sears, Kmart, Target, Pier1 just to mention a few. Them all had plenty of women working in stores and them all failed or will be closing soon.

Great store clean. A wide variety of safety precautions. customer satisfaction by the associates team seems to be a priority.

Always consistent and the employees are extremely helpful

I am a Real Estate Broker / Property Manager for over 45 years. I have shopped this store since they opened. My Pro-Rep Cynthia Monaro has been my rep since she started working there. She is the best of the best and I am very lucky to be able to work with her in processing my orders. The entire staff at the store is the best in the company and I have had the opportunity to shop a lot of the stores in South Florida.

I typically only only go to Home Depot for minor things. Today I needed to make a major purchase. Jack Kirschner was an amazing help. His dedication to customer service made this visit simple and efficient.

Becuase of the customer service and how the place is so neatly maintained.

The customer service returns person ignored everything I said when I was returning a faulty lamp that had a frayed cord. The return was processed but it was placed with other items to be put back on the shelf it looked like.

No help to help the customer that needs help

Sharlene Petersen in the flooring department is such an asset to the Home Depot. She is caring to customers and very knowledgeable about the products that she is selling. Dealing with someone so personable made the shopping experience very pleasurable.

GREAT STORE, HELPFULL STAFF, MOST OF THE TIME THE CORAL SPRINGS HOME DEPOE HAS WHAT I NEED, ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. THANKS.

My experience was good. I appreciate the assistance from both Vivian and Norman who were professional, helpful and caring.

Store is well stocked, clean and the employees try their best while we all are trying to cope with this pandemic. GOD BLESS THEM essential workers.
