I went to the store to make my very first bulk purchase and the associates there took their time to help me out.

Thank you Sharlene for taking the time to listen, stop and helping us find the last dog bed.

I ask for the military discount and could not get the system to give to me. I was treated as though I did not deserve the discount and that I was trying to steal in front of other customers by the cashier and then the manager Kelle as well. I left without the discount and will never ask for a military discount again. Only time I was ashamed of being retired military.

Was told I was a liar by 2 cashiers one that was assisting me and another in the background screaming there was no line as I stated I shouldn't be charged for waiting time for a rental there's to much the cashiers at the customer service desk has to handle

I came in with a difficult problem involving an online order and tax exemption. Sean saw me through the whole process and made sure that the product I was left with was in quality condition. He even fetched a replacement part because HE wasn't happy about how it looked. Employees like Sean are the reason why I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

The store itself is great and normally has the most amazing team & support. The last few trips have been problematic at checkout and my last visit took the cake. I asked the cashier at self checkout to see if they had anymore of the child workshop build kits. She had no idea what I was talking about but still answered with "O we discontinued that we don't do that for a long time now". I told her well thats not true and I have been picking them up monthly. She asked another cashier who said yes with an attitude and walked away. While she walked away the original cashier told me "well I actually had no idea what you were talking about" and shrugged and walked away. She also had some attitude while entering my Military discount as well. While watching and ready to thank the other cashier for getting the workshop kit - I saw her walk away a short distance and turn around and came back to me saying "sorry I looked we don't have anymore". I literally watched her walk down to customer service area and turn around and say they had none. I said woah ok so there none? She said no. I asked okay so when do they do the workshops so I can come. She said "just come by the 1st of the month and you'll get one". Knowing the workshops are the first saturday of the month, I asked her to clarify and she was clearly bothered and said "no its the first"... okay then, taking my business elsewhere.

While I was going to a cashier to check out she just finished ringing up a customer ahead of me she looked at me and walked away and went to a different register never said two words until whom I assume was her supervisor witnessed it and made her come back told her it was wrong of what she did and made her ring me up , neither employee apologized for being RUDE or UNprofessional but seems to be the way of customer UNservice anymore… maybe next time I bring back the cash that they over paid me when making a purchase( prior visit ) I’d rather donate it to a charity instead of bringing it back to Home Depot

Excellent Customer Service from Management down to the Staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help they will not stop until you the shopper is happy and pleased. Customer service doesn’t exit, they don’t care about the client and his/her needs.

Amazing experience purchasing a grill. The store associate bent over backwards to assist me with my purchase and to prepare my grill for loading in my car. The associate did not have to go that extra 10 miles, but he did. And I didn't have to ask, either. He just jumped right in and helped me. It took a while, but he never quit and left a few times to get better tools to assist me. Home Depot needs more associates like Jorge.

I often shop at this store. All the employees are very helpful and the store is fully stocked. Great place to find what you are looking for.

Always have a good experience at this store especially in the appliance department. Overall I find that the employees of this store do their best to accommodate the customers, that has always been our experience.

I always receive good service at this location and my most recent visit was exceptionally well because of the young (Jose) man who assisted me in the lighting department. He said hello and asked if I needed assistance before I could and went out of his way to help me with a shopping cart. He was courteous and friendly.

This store does not have a tool rental department, otherwise a good store.

Very good service. One stop store that can cater for all your home building or renovating needs.

Employees are friendly and willing to help. Only downside on this trip was the limited registers that were open.
