I've been looking for a certain size of Air Conditioner Filters which were hard to find. Steve from the Appliance Dept, Coral Springs Store found them for me (package if 12)

Daniel was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Went above and beyond to help my aunt and me order a new fan for her kitchen.

I am thrilled to let everyone know that my shopping experience at the Coral Springs Home Depot was the most exciting shopping experience that I have ever had. The service was particularly excellent. Need to fix curbside pickup

I was recently shopping for my company at the Coral Springs location of Home Depot. I needed a product that was high above on a shelf. Miss Charlene and Eli helped me procure the product I couldn’t find, even moving a large orange ladder into place. Their customer service was excellent and their dedication to me finding exactly what I need was obvious and much appreciated.

When my wife and I went straight to the appliances , where looking at a few products. Then an employee of the department we where in approach us asking if we needed help and everything went well .he was very helpful with our purchase of a washer and dryer from samsung

I walked into the store needing a specific item and walked with more than I expected

There a few people that I know the pain area Sophia and the manager at the pro desk Rolando and Lori and of course my best cashier Bibi Great customer service at all times when they’re there

Staff are usually experienced with what issues I have. Can give advice and steer me in the right direction to find items. Great store overall.

I walked into the store and the associate that greeted me stood next to impact window display informed me to ask someone else about what I needed as it wasn’t in reference to the windows. I went to the gentleman he pointed out, and he informed me where the flooring was, I walked there to see if an associate was there to help, nope. I go to the kitchen area and see another associate walking around and when she saw me she turned the other direction and kept walking and i call out excuse me several times (4x) to her and had to follow her to the table she was setting up to get her attention for her to then inform me that she just got in and couldn’t help me, to ask someone in the kitchen area. I go back ti the kitchen area and ask if they could help in flooring, he said “did you check the table in the middle? Someone should be there” I again said there was no one. He said “alright.. I’ll page them” I go back over to flooring and see another associate rounding the corner. She walked to me and I asked her if she works In flooring but then noticed she had a customer behind her. I asked her a few times (2x) are you with someone and she said “yes but what do you need” I told her I needed quarter round and started explaining I don’t know what it looks like or anything however before I could complete my sentence she pointed out where it was and kept walking with the other customer. I follow directions and go to where I was informed however there’s a large selection etc and I start crying out of frustration. This is unacceptable, I was able to get the help I needed in the end by associate named Ram but I’ll go to a different Home Depot (coconut creek on SR7/441) as they provide better service and actually assist you. Not to mention in checkout, I was skipped by the associate telling people where to go for self check out. Do better.

My husband and I went shopping for Vertical Blinds and we received such great assistance from Ms. Sharlene M.Petersen and Mr. Carl. They were both so very helpful in explaining there products and assisting us along the way. My husband and I was very happy and satisfied with are purchase afterwards. Those two teams associates are the Best!

Great customer service with Kevin at flooring department

If you can get the sales person Sharlene Peterson she was super helpful and knowledgeable for me.

On May 18, 2022, at approximately 1:54pm I visited your location located at 750 North University Drive. The cashier seems like she did not want to be there. I attempted to engage in conversation with my lawn issues , but she was not engaging. It appeared she was more interested in the object that was in the bottom pocket of her home depot vest. At one point, I saw her with looking at a message or checking message. I did not see a phone but I believe it was. The customer service experience is almost always poor.

They go above and beyond to make sure you get a good deal.!!!

One associate said they would honor the price but the manager stayed in their office and just said no. Very disappointing and horrible customer service.

The store was very cooperative and the sales person was very helpful and knowlegdable.

Clean organized store with a good variety and selection. Shop here all the time in different departments. Nice helpful staff. Great kitchen department. Trending items available. Good selection of tools, paint, hardware items.
