Store was nice! Staff was friendly and helpful.

I went to the store to pick up several bags of mulch in the middle of the week there was only one cashier with a super long line. The drive-thru mulch Department no one was there I had to walk in 2 customer service once and make two phone calls it took about 45 minutes to purchase Mulch and leave with the mulch.

I purchased a Vigoro brand Deer Barrier that came with 6 mice inside. So, no, I do not recommend this store.

I've seen this store many times, but this was my first time stopping in. It was pouring down rain outside, but the inside atmosphere was calm and the associates were friendly. I was able to find what I needed (drain cleaner) and even discovered some new products. I would definitely shop at this store again.

I received excellent customer service support from Zhane in return items. She helped me out of a bad spot I created to get credit and the correct items I needed ordered and did so with a wonderful attitude of helpful customer support. She is a GEM!

Store is always busy, but the associates are always ready to help find what you are looking for . I normally use the Home Depot App to find things , but every now and then i need someone to tell me where a product is because it has been moved .

We prefer shopping at the Columbia store because it is always clean and the staff always professional and courteous. Really like the way the store is always stocked and we can do all of our handy-person shopping in a one-stop environment. Thanks

There is almost no WiFi signal in the store.

My cashier Mayla was super friendly and so helpful even though the store didn’t have the shelves I need in store I was able to find so other stuff I needed.

Need to fix your saw in the lumber department or keep a backup nearby. Some of us need the convenience to allow transport of lumber home.

Visited the Columia MD store (no my local store) for one item listed as in stock online. Item was not on the shelf when I arrived. A store associate (Vaughn) spent 20+ minutes on a ladder opening boxes until he found the item I needed. Even more impressive is that this was not his department and he assisted with a great attitude! Saved me a trip to another store (or multiple) so it was greatly appreciated. Awesome!

We had completed a bath remodel and had some left-over supplies for return. I was met at the Customer Service counter by Felix who asked how he could be of assistance. I explained that along with a few pieces I brought into the store for return, I also had a heavy box of marble tile in the car, a box which I was unable to lift. He said, "no problem, I'll get that for you." We went to my car where Felix took the box of tile and placed it into a shopping cart. He wheeled it inside for me and proceeded to handle my return simply and efficiently. It really is always very easy to return an item to this particular Home Depot, but Felix went above and beyond to treat me pleasantly with kindness. Frankly, that's pretty rare these days, and it certainly MADE my day. I'll certainly continue to use this Home Depot for daily household and home improvement needs.

This store is very organized and sales associates are available and eager to assist you.

I enjoy shopping at my Columbia Home Depot. The store isles are clearly marked, the shelves properly stocked, and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

This location has great employees. Most of them are really willing to go out of their way to help you out. Particularly Jim who works in the lumber department. He always goes above and beyond and has helped us on numerous occasions.

I received the best experience ever from sale cashier Mikki, I didn't want a home depot credit card but she convinced me buy telling me with the work I do I will be able to drop in and home depot because they are everywhere. Very smart and friendly!

Found the employees to be very helpful and polite at this location compared to HD at Reisterstown plaza

This store is always clean and has the best deals on products and services. Sales associates and lot associates are always very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this store.

I had a great experiences shopping at Home Depot store #2557. What made my experience pleasurable was the assistance of Cashier Ferne. When I asked her why she was so happy and willing to serve customers with such a pleasant and positive attitude, she said I love my Job. I want everyone to know Ferne is an asset and you are fortunate to have her as an employee.

Great store- clean, well stocked.. Great Covid precautions in place.. AND Super helpful staff that stopped to direct me to what I needed.. And even gave me a friendly little squirt of hand sanitizer as I went out the door!!!!

This Home Depot really cares about their customer's. We found Rawn in with the storm door's and he was so nice and helpful too my husband and I he even helped out our neighbor that was looking for a storm door

This store is well laid out with little changes from visit to visit so I can know where to find things. In many cases, multiple products are offered and he store's assistants are capable of describing the differences.

Ms Ruth was the worst person she ruined my whole day. She gave the worst customer service even though she was the manager the other people helped me more I would never shop over there I have been shopping at Home Depot for 15 years and never gotten this kind of service anywhere I bought the same product at laurel and had to pick up 6 more since I needed 25 so I went to Columbia and what do I see a large amount difference so I asked ms Ruth to do the adjustment she said I won’t do it so I had to buy 25 and me and my 12 year old son didn’t have lunch it was 86 degrees outside and the things are not light I had to carry each and every one of them to the laurel store this is the first and last time I will buy from Columbia

The store was clean and products can easy to find it.

I was able to find everything that I came for. I really like that you give the isle number of the product that I am looking for. That was I don't have to ask an employee and get the wrong information. The check out person was very nice. I wish that I got her all the time.

Today at the Columbia store, we bought several paint samples and the employees at the paint desk could not have been more helpful or friendly. They went above and beyond - showing my daughters how the color is added to the paint to make the individual paint colors. It really made them feel special and involved in our painting project.

I have been repainting different areas in my home and have had to use the paint matching system and it has matched five year old paint perfectly.

This store is a good store period...I have been there numerous times but never took the time 2 write a review. Yes it is always clean and stocked with items I need. recently I was there looking 4 a refrigerator and 1 associate name Shawn came 2 help. Even thou he worked in another department he got me help in finding the right person 4 that department. After finding me some help he stayed there and actually removed the FRIGE from the area and loaded it on the dolly cart. During this time Shawn and I discovered during our conversations that we actually had things in common such as skiing and fishing. Thanks Shawn 4 good conversation and hope 2 C U again in this store.
