We always shop this store and have always traded with them. The associates are always very helpful and assist you whenever you need help. So happy they are right down the street. My 4 year old grandaughter loves going there to see all their Halloween and Christmas decorations.

The folks at this store are great, especially the management staff. I had an issue in the store while shopping for a new toilet and ended up calling customer service. Within 2 hours a manager, Brittany, called me back and offered for me to come back to the store to purchase my toilet. She was very nice and patient, listening to my concerns and offering a solution. We went back to the store that night and there was a team of folks waiting to assist us. I was very impressed with both the response time of the manager as well as the service I received. The manner in which my concerns were addressed was top notch. I have already visited this store again and will continue to shop here.

The store itself is always very clean and never found any product out of place. The associates are always very friendly and ready and able to help me find whatever I am looking for. I enjoy going to this store even if I don't have anything to buy.

Everyone is friendly, helpful, and all together great people. I spent 8 hours shopping there today and even had to take a lunch break. They never rushed me, helped whenever I needed it and even helped load my order. I wish I could remember all your names but I do remember the great experience. I will definitely be back. STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE ISLES ARE NOT CLUTTERED. HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO FIND SOMEONE WHEN I NEED ASSISTANCE FINDING SOMETHING WITHOUT WALKING ALL OVER LOOKING FOR IT. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR THEY WILL USUALLY LOOK ON LINE TO SEE IF IT CAN BE ORDERED AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS FOR ME.

This particular store is always clean and the staff is professional. I am a weekly customer if not more often. My wife even likes visiting this particular Home Depot. The staff is always easy to find and seem to be very knowledgeable. I'm going to go the extra mile to say that I have witnessed customers who were impatient and actually disrespectful on two occasions and the staff was still professional and courteous. Dealing with the general public can be difficult and I think the staff here goes above and beyond.

I like this store because it has more variety over the floor department.

I recently went to the Ofallon IL location and was treated horrible. I went to the Collinsville location and could not ask for better service from Brittney one of the managers. She went out of her way to help resolve the issue. Brittney should have her own store as she know how to treat customers. Thank you.

The pro desk is extremely helpful, fast and curteous. I do not have to wait. I have had to come back later to some of the other stores.

There was 1 checkout open with a long line. So went to the self checkout which the lady overlooking that was very unfriendly & did not explain or give me the paperwork for the extended warranty I purchased. Between her & the stockboy who helped look for my ringer, neither seemed like they wanted to be bothered. I will not be going back to that store.

In general This is a very good to shop. The ProDesk experience was the Best of the Best.

I am very satisfied with the service i received but would appreciate seeing more cashiers.

Employees at this store are so helpful you won't believe it. The employee that helped me even looked up information about the product I wanted that was not on the outside of the box. The cashier even carried my purchase out to my car and loaded it for me as it was quite heavy. Very friendly people. Even while I waited for the employee to take down my purchase from the high shelf, another employee asked if I needed help. That says a lot about employees because sometimes at other facilities you cannot find anyone to help you.

My company opened a new branch in Madison IL. I have shopped at many home depot stores and I appreciate the personal attention that PATTY in pro provides me with. This time, I purchased furnace filters (along with other things) and I had a "fancier" kind than what I needed. She made a recommendation of a cheaper one that met my needs and this allowed me to buy more filters to keep on hand. Such a huge help and wealth of knowledge. This is probably the 4th visit she has helped me recently.
