We normally visit on Saturdays lately and the gentleman that has helped us pick out the correct paint on a couple occasions has been fantastic. Both times he went out of his way to approach us and didn't wait for us to ask for assistance. A reminder what true customer service looks and feels like and very refreshing

I needed 30 bags of landscape rock. Izzak immigrants offered to help me. Tiffany immediately offered to get the fork lift to load and Carla Marie at customer service was helpful getting me check out . They were all extremely pleasant and kind. Thank you.

This location always has more construction items and store has more miscellaneous items in tool section and more organized

Do not believe the store rep on delivery times. Whoever they contract out to do the deliveries is very bad. I have had nothing but issues on 2 different occasions. They are quick to take payment but slow to respond to services.

Only self checkout available. I needed assistance multiple times; one item did not have bar code, one bar code was illegible, wood sold by linear foot. Each time I had to wait for assistance because the only employee working was helping multiple other people using self checkout.

The current management does a great job (I think the previous manager really did a great job. Want to shout out to Sheila K, she’s always taking care of her section and eager to help

I buy all my appliances from Home Depot. Only thing I was disappointed in was I made the decision to buy a Samsung fridge. Ice maker broke, water dispenser quit, cooling fan went out. You cannot get anyone to repair it because the parts can't be obtained and cost a fortune. NOT THE STORES FAULT. Everything else I've purchased has been good. Evan Townzen, HD Manager, hooked me up with a new Whirlpool fridge. Look him up if you go to Collinsville Store. He's very knowledgeable. Great experience!!!

The Manager of that store must have a PHD in leading a team to success. I work for a Fortune 500 company and can spot a successful team from the parking lot. Clean store and friendly people doesn't "Just happen".

I love this clean store and love their garden shop. Its exciting to see their seasonal displays. Plants well taken care of.

With customer service being a joke now days. Home Depot still gets it right.

Every time I enter the store, I am impressed with how it feels like a locally owned business because of how friendly the employees are to me and everyone shopping there. Home Depot should be proud of their employees here. Any store can stock products to purchase, but the Collinsville, Illinois store employees are the reason I keep coming back.

Must keep freight off the floors and out of the aisles for customers to shop! Aisles are not wide enough for two people to walk side by side down them! Will add photos next time.

I’ve never felt more ghost like. No one acknowledged me or offered to help or even said hi even though I was clearly lost and seeking assistance. I also was low on time to spare so the extra time it took to get help was frustrating. Their weren’t even many customers in there so everyone that passed me by was not helping another customer. The cashier was very friendly and the workers in the store were helpful. I knew where the stuff was that I needed but I still had several people ask if I needed help.

I am rarely disappointed when I go to this store. The workers are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is usually neat and clean. I do a lot of projects and they are generally very helpful.

This store is well stocked with highly knowledgeable staff who are eager to help in any unusual request to solve challenging projects. I found them quite helpful and valuable. Very happy.

I went into the Collinsville Home Depot to locate a patio table. Not only was the patio table in stock, it was on sale. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful.

I like that Home Depot usually has what I am looking for.
