This is a great store. Very rare do I not find the items that I need. If they don't have it, they will check other home depots for you. The employee are very helpful in finding things or sending you in the right place. I don't even had a problem in returning items not used.

I love shopping here. The employees really know their stuff, and are super helpful and friendly. Great selection and better prices than the other home supply store.

If you need anything lumber related, go visit Johnny. He was the best. The staff was helpful and friendly. We'll definitely shop at this location again. Wonder what our next project will be?!!

My wife and I purchased a clothes washer today and although similar stores sell the unit at the same price it was our interaction with Tim our sales associate that made the difference. Tim was patient, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. As an added bonus as a couple of baby boomers we enjoyed the 70’s music playing in the store.

I live just a mile or two from the Home Depot on Miller Road in Wilmington Delaware and the one on Naamans Road in Claymont Delaware. Both of these stores are in substandard parking lots and areas, I go out of my way to drive to the Christiana store because the parking lot has ample places to park and the store is clean organized and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Miller Road and Naamans Road you could be in the store for an hour before trying to find any employee that’s available for help.

I shop at this store all the time. All the employees are cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable.

I prefer Home Depot over all the other stores. Outstanding service to customers.

Went to this store to pick up some air conditioning filters . The employee "Dave" went & got me a whole box as I had trouble locating them. Greatly appreciate the personal service I received .. Keep up the great service

would not give a veteran a lousy 10% discount because the item was on sale. i was told from HD headquarters that they give a discount but this store does not. support your veterans boycott this store.

Cindy the lead for customer service always helps me and she is excellent and very friendly. There was a young gentleman in the paint department that also gave over the top service but I do not remember his name. Laura

Store well organized, good customer service.

Numerous employees were not wearing masks or not wearing properly. Five had no visible mask including one walking side by side to a customers car with no mask in sight. The customer was older and masked. One cashier had mask not covering her nose. Clearly management does not care.

The front desk associates were very helpful in finding me their most experienced plumbing associate. He helped me find a easier and less expensive way to repair my tub's spout diverter.

Looking for shutter fasteners...was directed to isle. They were next to shutters.. Easy to find. Store was clean

I had a terrible service experience from an associate call Fran who did not help me and even lied that the items I wanted were not available in the store or online even though my phone was telling me they were... I found the items on the shelf she said wasn't there and came back with them and I had to ask for the supervisor and spoke to Jasmine who had a completely different personality... She was nice, friendly and make me feel my business was appreciated and completely change my shopping experience, hence the five star and not one... The company need more people like her...

The employees were outstanding and committed to helping me. They did everything they said they would and solved the issue I had. I am so grateful to them!

I would never visit this location again. I purchased flowers from customer service, I walked through the store to get out and an employee followed me to my car saying that someone told her I didn’t pay for my flowers. Horrible experience .

Felt very comfortable shopping at Home Depot yesterday. While it was a bit more cumbersome to get in, I was very pleased to see the measures taken to ensure my safety. Thanks to all the friendly employees who helped make shopping safe and relatively easy during these stressful times.

Stay away from this location. The manager is absolutely disrespectful, and all other employees look miserable. You will never receive the assistance u need!

An older gentleman had come in I just after I had a pick up in the lockers at the foyer. I grabbed it and went to walk back out and the associate told me I couldn’t come out and had to go through the store. I was irritated but that’s fine. This little old man had just walked in and saw there were no carts and was going back out to get one... this associate counting customers wouldn’t let him. He said miss I just need a cart. She’s like you can’t come back out this door... You are going to make this man walk through the store to the exit, grab a cart and then stand in line again to get back in? Way to be essential and don’t break a sweat getting this man a cart or having someone get him one! You should be telling customers there are no carts before letting them in. Customer service at its finest!” I was appalled!

I just wanted to stay OUTSIDE and make a purchase in Lawn & Garden, but was told I have to go INSIDE the store to get to the outside area. I have been coming here for years, and even 2 weeks ago, came here and was not forced to go INDOORS! Who is the dumby that came up with this. The simple solution is to block off the entrance double doors that connect Lawn & Garden to the actual store, and allow customers to shop at either or. They can shop inside, check-out, then go to the outside area by re-entering the store. It's not rocket science!!!

The store only allowed a certain amount of people to enter the store to help with distancing.

I moved to DE less than a year ago and it has been a pleasure shopping at this particular store. The aisles weren't cluttered and the staff is friendly and supportive. It's just nice being able to shop and not be pestered to hurry and make a decision. Staff was available and willing to help me make the "Best" decision. Much Respect and Thank You for working through this Pandemic.

One rude employee ruined Home Depot for me forever.

Christiana HD has very informative employees. Always willing to help. It's kept neat and clean.
